[mmm.. now that an understanding was cleared up....]
Felix looked at the door to his cell for a long moment and then started to mess with his hair. Today was the big day... finally getting ready to be tried as a criminal, and sent back to his old cell. The only thing he didn't like about this time, was that he actually WANTED to be out, last time he had been here.. well, it hadn't been so great anyway, he had tried to get away, almost had to, but had ended up getting taken here anyway. Last time he had been alright with being put in jail, he hadn't really complained about it, but now, he was working up his defense in his head. He had a REASON to leave, a reason to be out, he had to find Naomi, he had to be with her again. He had told her repeatedly that a life with him was no life at all, and she hadn't heard it, and now.. well he would be sent to Azkaban, there was no way he would be let go.
Felix had no doubt in his mind, whatever defense he came up with, would fall through. With Khaat in the room, there was no doubt he would get sent to jail, and be there for a long.. long.. long time. So what was the point? Felix could feel his hands starting to clench, his teeth ground together, his left hand started to snap. What was the point of trying to get out, when he'd get sent in anyway? Why fight it.. Felix felt a smirk cross his lips. He would startle them all, they would ask the questions, and he would answer truthfully, he would come in quietly, and leave quietly. They wouldn't know what to think.
His original plan had been to fight his way there, fight for his freedom, and fight his way back to jail, but this just seemed so much more satisfying. He was known to do the unexpected, and not doing anything to fight them would be almost unexpected. Sure they might have thought he might do this, but they were expecting him to defend himself, then they would probably tail him if he got out, tail him for the rest of his life. Now? He would go right where they could watch him... and startle them all when he didn't go insane.
Felix looked up when an auror came to his cell door. “Oh.. why hello, I suppose it is time for me to go already isn't it?” He asked flattening his hair and grumbling when it went up again anyway. You didn't get things like shampoo and hygiene stuff in Azkaban, unless you were in the holding cell, so he had taken this morning to take the longest shower of his life. For it would probably be his last for a very long time. His hair was fluffy and clean, his clothes were cleaned, he wasn't covered in filth, exactly as they would want him to appear, that's how he would appear. When the auror came in holding cuffs, Felix simply held out his hands.
“Not as tight as yesterday... they were digging pretty hard.” He said lightly, his tone of voice made it appear as though they were just about to go out for a stroll, instead of to a trial that would determine his lodgings for a long time. “Shall we go then?” He asked rotating his wrists in the cuffs before pretending to pull them off to make sure they were on tight enough. “Hmm.. seems good, lets go.” He said turning his attention to the auror before a smirk crossed his face. “So we meet again Hershel.” He said lightly before shrugging. “Pleasure.. now if you don't mind..” He said gesturing to the door. If you didn't know better, Felix's behavior would show that he was actually a normal guy, just wanting to get this over with, instead of a cold blooded killer who took pleasure in torture.
Once out of Azkaban, Felix took a long deep breath. Away from the dementors for like, three seconds was bliss. It may not appear to be, but every time they were near, he saw the image of Naomi standing in front of those werewolves, all he could see was their snouts, and the glowing of their eyes, saliva dripping down to the ground, Naomi standing with her back to him, staring up at the huge wolf. Felix shuddered and realized that the Dementors were back, that would be the last time he'd be free of them for what could be years. The Dementors seemed to be pretty excited today, and no wonder, he was one of the biggest criminals of all time, and he had some pretty tasty memories for them to chew on. Flashes of some of his torturing flew past his eye, but they were going to have a hard time getting to a memory that actually disturbed him. They'd find it eventually, but for the time, they would need to pick and choose carefully.
Finally it was time to head out of Azkaban, and to the Ministry, and after a lot of fussing around him, the Dementors got into place and headed towards the Ministry, Felix in chains, a smirk placed neatly on his face, his head held high, his eyes staring straight ahead. It was obvious around the Dementors that he had bags under his eyes, which appeared to be sunken in still, even though it had been a while since he had been in their 'care' he still showed signs of it. After getting to the Ministry, Felix was placed in a small holding room before the trial, the aurors and Dementors outside the room, he stood there glancing around at the small table and a chair that was in the room, where a small glass of water sat. “Hmm.. how thoughtful.” He muttered to himself and went over to the table, sitting down. For all he knew there was a truth serum in the water, and he didn't trust it, but he drank it anyway, not really caring about any truth serum, he planned on telling the truth anyway. Everything except that Naomi was with him because he enchanted her, that was a lie, and he would keep it that way. They wouldn't dare poison his water anyway, Khaat would want 'a fair trial' so there would be no trickery, and it was just water, nothing else.
When the trial finally started, Felix was escorted from his holding cell, and into the courtroom, where he was placed in a chair. He didn't flinch, he didn't move when the chains locked around his arms and held him in place. Felix slowly raised his eyes to look around the court room, they must have been expecting him to come in fighting, yelling curse words or something, instead of walking in like a business man, sitting up straight in his chair and looking around at them calmly. Because 'obviously' he was a deranged man who needed to be locked up, not a calm gentlemen, who appeared to be in perfect health, mentally and physically, with only his eyes slightly sunken in from being around Dementors for to long. Felix let out a soft breath of air and then smiled at them all, flashing white teeth. He was dashing, he was charming, and he was on trial for murdering and torturing aurors, Khaat Lupin, Elijah Krum, Sophia Lestrange, for bewitching and torturing a girl who had no right to be tortured, and for working under Luther Burke. It was a long list, and he was quite proud of it actually, his smile slowly disappeared and he waited, waited to hear the first words the court would say to him, to start off this legendary trial. Or at least legendary in Felix's mind.
