(Sorry if it's crap, but I'm new so please be kindly harsh)
Yvette arrived in a rush thinking she'd be late, though she was a graceful rusher, but she saw the swarm of eager beavers rushing around it excitement trying to get acknowledged on their looks trying to be the belle of the ball, but they never knew how annoying they sounded. Yvette walked down toward the crowded entrance wearing a feathered dress, it was very feathered, with true feathers, each came from a different bird. It was withe feathers on the to rim and it faded to a half grey half black feathers that went into a black feather layer then went from half way on the breast to the end of the bell, then faded half grey half black and the rest was white. Her shoes shined diamonds with feathers wrapped around the heel and her hair was up with some feathers attached to the side.
Walking in she waved to her teachers, and no surprise some waved back because even though Yvette was some how new, yet was also well known for being an over achiever and a high class student, Yvette hoped that sh would be well respected by them even if she struggled once graduating, but Yvette would always have family and their money. She imagined herself as a teacher standing in the professor area, she loved the feeling of seeing her watching over the children seeing their fear of her deathly glare that was with good intentions.
Yvette was alone and that was her choice. She'd been asked though, several times and she told them no, because she knew her looks drew them in and she didn't want that although physical attraction is required for any healthy relationship and Yvette couldn't get someone's hopes up by saving yes because she wasn't really attracted to some of them. Yvette stood there alone some couldn't imagine an enchanting women, dateless.
The world revolving round Yvette wasn't something Yvette ever had even at Beauxbatons, but the students loved Yvette the same, she was well respected as a student and never disappointed. Yvette tried to breath, but it came out like a small animal huff, but she breathed lightly while the corset like cardboard waste smooshed the upper part of her body and that was the point because her mother made the dress and it was suppose to keep her from slouching.
Awkwardly Yvette stood, but her weirdness inside did not show outside, because her beauty would over throw the odd looks she'd give. Yvette had no idea about her effects on the opposite sex, she was an orphan uninformed about her family because nobody knew and she had no idea of her Veela half, but Yvette always wished to know of her family one day.
