Just a few weeks ago, Felix Barker and Naomi Quinn-Greyback were reported to be on the run. Witnesses describe a frantic pair, one insane and one under the influence of some sort of bewitchment, doing whatever it took to remain at large. Apparently, at a certain point, it was not enough. Yesterday, Barker was captured by Hershal Layton.
Hershal reportedly continued showing up at one of Barker's many hiding places after having a run in with him close by. Yesterday, the pair showed up and Hershal followed them in. Once they had settled, Hershal attacked and managed to incarcerate Barker, having knocked out Greyback. He disappeared with Barker to St Mungo's to treat his wounds, but when he returned Greyback was gone.
The public is urged to be on the lookout for Greyback but to not seek her out. It is presumed that she is bewitched, but once the bewitchment has run its course, she will return, confused and probably lost, though the Ministry still wishes to question her.
Barker's trial date is still unknown, but it is incredibly probable he will be receiving a extended amount of time in Askaban. Now, matters concerning Barker consist of locating Greyback and cleaning up the mess that Barker has caused because of the turmoil he had instigated. It seems, however, that a bit of good has been restored to our war-plagued world and there may be some peace ahead.
