Staring into the fire

After a long day of class nick went up to the boys dormortories and changed from his uniform to his mugle clothes. After he was done changing he went to the common room and he beat a first year at wizard chess. After that two minute win he sat down on the couch and started doign his Care Of Magical Creatures homework. Once he started doing his home owrk a bunch of people started to pile in and it was hard to concentrate. So after it got too noisy Nick put his book on the tabe with his paper in it and just sat there looking into the fire.

Ash had come down from the girls' dormatories wearing a pair of pajama pants and a tank top. She had a paper to write for charms and had her arm full of quill, parchment and her charms book. She sighed as she saw the group of people and moved to a chair beside Nick, "Looks like we should have just went to the library huh?" she asked looking at him curiously.

While Nick wa watching the fire a girl sat down next to him. Nick had seen her before but didnt remember her name. When she said something Nick was suprised. "Yea I guess we should have" Nick responded to her then it was time for the main question "What is your name I Nick, Nick Potter im seventeen" Nick had told her as everybody started to head up to the dorms it was stil plenty noisy but not as noisy as it was. When Nick looked up it was ime to go to sleep but Nick probilly had a good fifteen minutes to go to the libary and hide until the teachrs left. "So do you want to go" Nick asked her quietly as more students started to go to bed.

"Ash McKinley." she replied looking at him. "I'm seventeen as well." she added watching as most of the students decided to go up to their dorm rooms and get ready for bed. There were still several of them lingering behind in the common room. Most of them talking and doing the same thing that Ash and Nick had decided to do but weren't having good luck with it either. The thought of sneaking down into the library was sounding quite interesting but the thought of if they were caught wasn't too appealing.

She bit her lip, "We could I guess, but I have all my things I need right here." she said looking at him.

"It dosent matter really except for that its only 6:30 so it will get loud sooner." Nick had said quietly and at that point when he said that a wooden 9 cm petrohedrogen shape item started to buzz in hs pocket . "Ef̱charistó̱ gia ti̱ voí̱theia" He muttered in his pocket to the object. The language he had just spoken was Modern Greek , Nick was part Greek so that language cae natually to him. "So do you want to go" Nick had asked her "The prefects will strat their route in thirty minutes ((Or IS)) " Nick had told her as it had gotten louder in the room.
