GENERAL APPEARANCE: Omar dresses differently for different occasions. He knows muggles well so if he will be around them he will dress in muggle clothes, but he also knows how to dress like a wizard and will dress appropriately. He likes to wear baggy clothing to conceal anything he may have on him. He has a scar running down the right side of his face, of which he received in a battle when he was younger. He could have it fixed and removed, but chooses to wear it so he does not make the same mistake. He is rather short, noticeable usually right off the bat. He keeps his hair either shaved or in corn rows, usually with unique designs.

PERSONALITY:
Omar is a man who believes in ridding the world of all things wrong. He has no affiliation with anyone but himself. He looks and watches the world, deciding who should be killed and who should not be killed based on their actions. He believes what he does is righteous and that it is god's work. He has been known to associate with the Death Eaters from time to time, but he is not officially a member of them. He has killed many people and has built up a tolerance to it. He feels like it has to be done and shows no mercy when he goes for it. If he gets it in his head that someone should be killed, he will stop at nothing to get them. He hates authority and has made it his goal to try and get at them any way that he can, which is one of the reasons he has been known to associate with the Death Eaters. He attends church regularly and has been known to do volunteer work for children. He would never turn his wand on an innocent person and would kill anyone who has ever done just that.

Early Years: Omar was born on the streets of England, being raised in a poor muggle family. His brother and himself would spend most of their time on their front porch watching and learning the drug game. When Omar was eight he was introduced to the game himself and begin to do low level work for a street gang around his area. It was here he built up his tolerance to violence, never being uncommon seeing someone gunned down or beaten up.
It was not until his brother was killed in a drug dispute that Omar realized that it was no way to live. It was around this time he received his letter from Hogwarts and used it as an escape from the drugs and violence.
Hogwarts Years: It was at Hogwarts that Omar realized that he was a gifted student. He was very intelligent and was often the smartest student in his classes. This often lead to people disliking him because he was a muggle born. Omar was a Slytherin and from a rough neighborhood so it was not uncommon for him to be involved in fights around the school.
He proved that he was great with his wand and also very smart in all things magic. When he was a seventh year he received many chances to go places in the wizard world, but it was not to be for him. For some reason, he had no interest in any of those things and turned them down.
Adulthood: When he graduated Hogwarts he went back to his roots and tried to live among the muggles. He wanted to clean up the streets he used to live in, but he realized that he would never be able to get the police or wizards on his side. It was here he resorted to using "street" justice to try and clean them up.
Eventually he became well known and very wanted and sought after by both the Ministry and the Muggle law enforcement. Due to his great knowledge of both, he has been able to allude them by helping out the Death Eaters and in other ways.
