Hey everyone!
Well, this'll be a learning experience for all of us. I want to start up a team of moderators, and i think this is the best way to get everyone together.
So, you're not going to be site mods, most of you anyway, instead i'm going to give you one or two forums to keep an eye on, check threads, enforce rules, or pass them up to us if need be, you'd also have to tell me/the admins what's been happening in these forums, just a general overview, and only significan things, i don't wanna know that Selwyn had toast, or that Khaat played a game of chess, just tell us if anything significant happened, if nothing does, tell us that, haha. However, i'll have more details in the moderator's communication forum, which you'll be able to see if you sign up for this.
I'd also expect you to welcome new members, help out in general, yada yada ya.
Now, for the moment i only want one mod per forum, but mods can have as many forums as they want, within limit, as long as they can keep an eye on it all, try and clump all yours together, and keep it in places relevant to you, if you're primarily a student, try and get Hogwarts ones, primarily a grad try and keep an eye on grad areas.
There are also special moderators, global moderators, advertising, graphics, these are the more senior ones, and will be given out by admins, not applied for. However, if you want to be one, send me a PM telling me which one, and i'll decide whether you get it or not, wont be given out for awhile though.
They are as their name suggests, the global mod is in charge of check all the forums, the advertising mod needs to advertise everywhere, and the graphics one is in charge of updating the site's graphics, in collaboration with the graphics admin.
Anyway, like i said, there'll be more in the moderator forum info-wise, so once you sign up, check there.
So, here's the list or forums up for grabs, please post here requesting it and i'll add you up and do permissions and what not
Note: Teachers are mods of their own classrooms, and prefects (if/when we reinstate them) are mods of their houses, you can't be mod of another house if you're not in it, so don't even try
. That's Hogwarts houses, not personal, just to clarify.
