Post count

How do i made a cotogory on my forum where the posts don't contribute to your post count? Like the OOC catogorys here. I really need to know asap.

The help section is for help about things on Potter's Army, not help about everything you can think of.

Additionally, all forum providers are different, so the answer to your question depends on what forum host you're using. The answer to your question can usually be found on the support board of your forum's host, or you can ask on a resource board or directory (like RPG-D or CAUTION), where these questions are welcomed.

To put it bluntly. When you post a topic like this, mentioning you have your own board, it looks dodgy. It looks like you're trying to poach members. Lots of us have our own forums, but we don't come here for technical support because we know that it isn't the job of the staff at PA to give us technical support. Also, the staff on PA aren't that tech-savvy.

There is an entire staff at forummotion who are paid to help you. Go to the forummotion support forums and ask them. Look, I even found the site for you

If you want to advertise your site, go to the bottom of the forum and advertise there.

But on the topic, it's ok Selwyn, we're always happy to try and help other people with their sites, though we will watch for member poaching, i think that your question was a genuine "asking for help" style one, was it not?
