General Appearance: Ethel wears a uniform two sizes too big, because her parents want to save the money on clothes. Her hair isn't really cut so much as hacked off, and if you saw it out, you'd see how uneven it is. Ethel puts no effort into her appearance, preferring comfort to style.

General Personality: Some people would describe her as weird, and it's true that Ethel is a little off the mark when it comes to normal social interaction. She makes up for that with enthusiasm and personality, though. However, her huge imagination and habit of assuming everything is a conspiracy is what really makes her crazy interesting.
H I S T O R Y
Family Information: Ethel comes from a family of ritual wizards. They study the things that make magic work and there aren't very many of them because of the high death rate.
Childhood: Ethel grew up on a farm in the Scottish mountains. Apart from the home pasture which is secluded in a narrow valley, most of the farm is vertical. Spells cloak the farm from curious muggles and prevent the livestock from falling to their deaths.
Despite having such a weird life, Ethel's upbringing wasn't so much different from many other magical children. She certainly hasn't been isolated or prevented from interacting with other children her whole life.
