General Appearance:
Vincent is rather tall but slender and physically extremely weak. He might of been handsome before, but isn't now. His face is gaunt, and his topaz eyes hold no warmth, and yet hold the gaze unnaturally long. Vincent never wears muggle clothes, always wearing robes in dark colors. He regularly has coughing fits and becomes ill quite often. He speaks in a hoarse and quiet voice.

General Personality:
A complex character, Vincent is neither good or evil, but lies somewhere in between. He is not a particularly likable person, and he has barely had a friend all his life, a fact that does not particularly bother him. The only one's he's made are those he can use for his own benefits. Manipulative, cunning, cynical sly and dangerous, Vincent never thinks twice about hurting or using others to achieve his own goals. Ambitious and determined, Vincent dreams of one thing in particular - power and control over others.
A torn individual, Vincent is very bitter and resentful towards his past, his physical frailty and people who treat their inferiors (house-elves) badly. He also exhibits a strong superiority complex, due to his magical superiority. He is especially resentful towards muggles, mainly due to his experiences with them in the past. Its safe to say that its because of his complicated and tragic past, as well as his physical frailty, that has made Vincent as he is. Extremely weak compared to most people physically, Vincent almost totally relies on his magic (as well as wits) to achieve his goals. Due to this he always tries to make himself even better at magic, using and mastering every type of magic possible. This includes dark magic and alchemy, two mysterious branches which he is one of the few to perfect.
Due to his physical frailty, he spends much more time reading then doing outdoor activities. Because of this mainly, he excelled at school in almost all of his subjects, though he was never popular there. Despite a general disliking towards him, no one ever bullied him, mainly due to his older brother always defending him. Vincent resented this, and instead of being grateful, loathed his brother due to Vincent's relaince on him. Since then, he has hated to rely on others, usually preferring to achieve his goals without anyones help. He doesn't befriend anyone due to this, and rarely feels lonely anyways, as being alone is what he prefers.
Contrary to his nature, Vincent holds a soft spot for creatures, or people, who are treated poorly because of their weaknesses that are not their fault (example: House elves.) Though people are usually surprised to learn this, this is mainly a result of how he was treated when he was young. There are also some instances where Vincent wishes he could return to his childhood, when he was still capable of friendship and love, something which he is not capable of now. Having been raised in a muggle family, it could be said that Vincent's magic is a compensation for other things that he could not have.
Vincent has a calm personality and is not easily lured into fights, though he loves to duel and is a very talented wizard. To most people, he is sarcastic, cold and dismissive, though he can be more pleasing when he wants something out of them. Not trusting anyone, he is also quite paranoid. He is ruthless and cruel but holds to a code of conduct where he repays all debts.
He joined the Death Eaters when he grew up, but only because he thought it would benefit him. Their ideas and prejudices mean nothing to him, in fact, he despises them for it.

Childhood:
Vincent Majere was born to Gregor and Alhana majere on the 31st of December, along with his brother, Rickon. Gregor Majere was a grocer. As for his mother, Vincent had never seen any magic from her, but she had a few odd visions sometimes. Vincent later convinced himself that she was a seer of very limited magical capability. His father had no idea about magic, and as for his mother, Vincent wasn't sure. He had barely talked to her. At the age of two, his mother had one of her odd visions and stopped talking at all after that. During this time, it was usually his older sister who took care of him. Cersei was probably a squib (or a normal muggle), though Vincent was not sure if she could do magic or not. He didn't know her for long either, she ran away from home at the age of 10. Being six years older than him, he never saw her at Hogwarts either, if she ever went there that is.
His childhood could be described as one unfortunate event followed by another, though there were a few happy moments there too. He was born a frail and sick child, unlike his healthy brother, and everyone expected that he would not survive. Yet he somehow managed to make it through. But only two years later, his mother sank into parylisis. After this, his sister took care of him, as his father was too busy with work most of the time. Though his father had an ordinary job, the Majere family had plenty of money. His father however, did not return from work one day, and is assumed dead. After this, his sister ran away, and Vincent (and Rickon), both only four then, were left alone then.
His aunt and uncle (a milkman) took him in then. They treated him well enough, but spent all the Majere fortune quickly on vacations and other stuff. This went on for a year or two, but when the money was all gone, they got nasty as the two of them became more of a burden then. At the age of seven, two odd incidents happened. First, his brother somehow managed to suddenly teleport on top of the roof of a building. Then, Vincent accidently set fire to his uncles house, destroying almost everything there before firefighters managed to put the fire out.
Needless to say, they were kicked out after that, blamed for the fire despite it all being an accident. They went to an orphanage there, where the other muggle students regularly bullied Vincent for being thin and weak. His brother, much more likable and healthy than he was, protected him here, something Vincent resented. At the age of 11, after four miserable years at the orphanage, an odd-looking man came to him and explained that he was a wizard.
Hogwarts:
No one liked him much at Hogwarts either, where he was unpopular for most of the years due to his arrogant and sarcastic nature. He was proud to be a wizard though, and he saw this as an oppurtunity to excel at something. Cunning and sly, he was quickly sorted into Slytherin, though he didn't get along with most of the Slytherins, most of whom assumed (like the death eaters would later) that he was muggle-born. His brother got into Gryffindor. By the second year, he knew more than most people doing their OWL's and was good enough a dueler to beat anyone his age. He got even better later, taking every subject by time-turner after the third year (except for Care of magical creatures), and graduating with 10 Outstandings.
Adulthood:
Though everyone expected Vincent to get a good job in his first year outside Hogwarts, he didn't. He took the first year off to get revenge on the people who tormented him in his childhood. Starting with his uncle and aunt, to most of the children who had been in the orphanage. The following year, he joined the Death Eaters, whereas his brother joined the order. Rickon's whereabouts became unknown since then, though Vincent believes him to be deceased as well. His joining the Death Eaters has nothing to do with his beliefs or views, he just wanted power, and he believed the Death Eaters would help him get that. In fact, he soon developed an intense dislike for the Deah Eaters, their bullying of their inferiors especially troubling him.
Nevertheless, quickly went up their ranks, and he was soon expected to spy on the ministry for them. He then joined the ministry as an auror. Being so good in magic, he rose to the head position within three years. Still, it was not enough for him.
Later, after having developed a good relationship with the minister, he became the Headmaster of Hogwarts, an important position. He also rose high into the Death Eater ranks.
