Thaor + Nerezza vs. Miseria + Ted

Thaor ran up the stairs to find other people when he got hit by a sectumsempra. He staggered into a bedroom on the right, and started to heal himself as best he could. He knew that studying the dark arts would have its perks. This time, knowing the counter curses for sectumsempra happened to be that perk.

Thaor knew there would be scarring, unless he got dittany to put on the wounds, and that was unlikely at this point in time.

Thaor decided to rejoin the battle, convinced he was properly healed. Come out and play! Thaor yelled, hoping someone would come into the room, and he could rid the wizarding world of the scum who occupy it.

OT: Hope you don't mind me here. I just got the PM that even the students can join the battle, and i'm kind of late. Blame the timezones.

Miseria didn't do anything at the beginning. It was al so quiet, but when Jess started it, she could sence the anger what came from the Death Eaters. It all happened so quickly that she couldn't even react. The only thing what she heard what Robert, who shout the spell, Jess, Andrew, Nick, “Jack“, and the rest of the death eaters. Finally, she stepped out from the corner, right at the moment when she saw Jen aiming, and then, another death eater running up the stairs. She didn't think much about how wounded he was or anything. She just ran after him, stopping on the next floor.

She didn't see him, and quickly mastered to put on a protego shield, and looked around. Come out, come out, whereever you are... she thought herself. But no attack came. She stepped carefully away from the stairs, still looking around. She knew he was looking at her! The damn paranoia! Or probably it was just the adrenaline, because of the battle downstairs.
Then she heard that someone shouted for a company, and she grinned. Well, a perfect way to die in a masterous battle with her Potter's Army mates, and Order allies.

She walked to the door, and knocked quietly but did not wait for the answer. She used the Bombarda spell to crash trough the door, and probably disarm the death eater who was inside. Then, casting a strong shield infront of her, she entered the room.

Bombarda- Causes a small explosion.

Thaor smiled as he heard someone blast the door open. With a swish of his wand the door shattered into millions of pieces and fell to the floor. Come to play little girl? Thaor laughed. Incarcerous Thaor sent non verbally, followed by a nonverbal sectumsempra. Thaor usually didn't harm students, but this was different, she started the attack. Well, in all fairness, the Death Eaters started the attack, she started the duel. If you could call a professor versus a student a duel.

Actually, Miseria didn't start the attack, she just broke the door, and this was probably the defencive entrance. Then she heard a voice, someone was talking to her, and then the first spell hit her shield. Then, not waiting for another attack, she just jumped away from the door. She was more than sure that probably it was her shadow what made clear the vision where she was standing. And not far away from her flew another spell. She didn't think long to ask herself why didn't she hear him to cast those spells. Non-werbal magic. She will, hopefully, learn the same trick.
“Expelliarmus“ she shouted, but she didn't wait for him to protect himself. It was a damn duel, and she had to leave the politeness behind! “Stupefy!“

Thaor watched as he first spell hit her shield, and as she stepped out of the way of the second. Protego Thaor said as he took a step to the left, the first spell hit the shield, and the second hit the wall behind where he was just standing. You'll never beat me unless you can keep your mouth shut, and even then probably not. Thaor laughed. Pretificus Totalus! Stupify Thaor sent nonverbally, the first directly towards her, the second to the right of her.

Disarming spells? Ha, just to be fair. I'm dueling to kill. You might want to do the same. Thaor laughed. CRUCIO Thaor yelled in his mind, sending the torture curse at Miseria.

Miseria didn't reply in anyways. Yes, she knew that it would be better if she'd knew how to use non-werbal magic-way, or whatever, it would save her life right now, but all she could do is to put up the Protego Totalus shield, and took a step back, as those spells were strong enough to make her legs weak. Yet, she knew that this wasn't over. It couldn't be! They were only at the beginning! But the next spell hit her against the wall. She didn't know which made her scream in pain, but then she just fell on the ground, unable to move at the moment. Her wand was luckily still in her hand, clenched in her fist.


OT: let's be a little realistic, ok My charrie is right now a 5th year so it is quite logical that she got hit by the spell.. though, i do not owe you the explonation.

Protego Totalum - Casts a shield charm over a small area that will not let anything pass through (yep, let's say this time, the shield was weak)

Thaor laughed as Miseria got hit by his spells, and smiled as she screamed. He pondered what to do next, quick and painless deaths just weren't his style. He was going to make her suffer. Aw, poor little baby. Thaor said with a chuckle.

Thaor was a little mad she wasn't speaking to him. Whats a matter, cat got your tongue? Why don't you speak to me? Thaor snarled. No matter, you can scream. Thaor laughed. CRUCIO Thaor yelled in his mind once more.

Poor baby? she whispered to herself and stood up. Yes, she was feeling pain, all of her body was almost like in flames. And she thought that the birth, and all other deaths were painful. “Protego Totalum!“ she shouted, and scowled at him. It was even painful for her to breathe.
“Want to talk to me, dear?“ she asked. Her voice was weak, but in no matters, she didn't want to show how weak she really was. It was only a curse, right?
“Sectumsempra! Stupefy!“ she shouted. It didn't matter to her anymore if he could hear them or not. Now it was her turn to make him suffer in pain. Yes, she was able to use the curses as well, she did it once, and right now was probably a good time to do it once again.

There was only one reason Teddy was at the battle really. Bellatrix. He dodged past all the attacks, sending a few spells at the Death Eaters when the battle really began, but he refused to be lured into a duel. Vengeance was the only thing on his mind. However, as he continued to dodge around the Death Eaters and the other duels happening, he eventually came across a Death Eater attacking a student. Someone he recognized. He frowned, then stepped in front of Miseria Manson.

"Stop now. Are you a man or a dog that you would attack a child?" he said. His voice was calm, but the fury was clearly visible in the loathing look he gave him. Teddy raised his wand, ready for a duel.

Protego horribilis Thaor said lazily, blocking Miseria's spells. Thaor smiled as he saw Ted draw his wand. Ah, good. I can rid the world of two half-breed freaks in one sitting. Thaor said with a smile. And in all fairness, she did start this, blasting a door at me when I was alone in here. Thaor said shaking his head.

Avada Kedavra! Thaor shouted in his mind, sending the killing curse at Miseria.
