The Pepenero and the perfecty romatic night. (Ronata, brian and Khaat)

Steven had found the perfect little restaraunt , after talking to the owner he had booked and paid for a table for that night for him and Ronata " gracias y por favor, no una palabra sobre esto a ella, gracias(thank you and please not a word about this to her, thank you )" he said to him making the owner smile.

Steven inside himself had known this night was coming but wanted to give her some time. He hd never thought any woman could relight this spark inside him he now felt again. He though after janet died he would never get the chance at love again, but with Ronata he had that chance and he could tell she felt the same but being with Brian and Khaat they could talk to find out if it was ment to be. this was one reason he had aranged this night , tuscan nights and a good wine wonderful sunsets he knew this was the most perfect time he could not let this chance pass him by. the only thing missing was him preposing to her but he for that knew itn was way to soon even though in his heart he wanted, to he knew he had to go slow.

Walking abck to teh villa he smiled as he let himself in the door to see Ronata sat admiring the view "honey Im home!!" he called out and saw her smile as she turned to face him.

ooc: I know you want me to reply here, but it looks like you want this to be a private romantic dinner for two with steven and ronata. can you explain a bit so i know what to do here?

Ronata chuckled as she heard steven call out as he returned from what ever it was he had to do . she watched as he walked over and sat on the chair next to her smiling. closing her book she turned to face him as she could see he had something on his mind. "ok whats the matter ?" she asked placing the book down next to her on a small tiled table next to her. She had only known him a few months but she felt they had grown close , closer than she ahd to any man in such a short space of time.

She looked at him as he looked up at her. She listened as he explained he wanted to take her out to dinner . Thinking about it as he spoke she smiled feeling a quiet meal would be nice. "ok steven I will dine with you ,when is it for?" she asked and was suprised when he said it was that evaning , in about two hours , again she could not help chuckle at his enthusiasum. Standing she looked won at where he sat now smiling "let me go and see what I have to wear " she said knowing if steven arranged it it would most likly be some where special.

She moved threw to the bed room and enlarged her trunk taking out all her dresses she found a nice purple dress with match shoes. hanging it up she brushed it down removing some dust from it and wentr to shower returning clean she dressed and put up her hair hoping steven had done the same.

Walking out she smiled to see the look on his face as she turned on the spot "will I do?" she asked seeing by the fact he held his mouth open she would. still smiling she walked over to him, her heels clicking on the tiles of the floor and closed his mouth.

Steven moved to the room that had his things in , lifting out his suit he smiled he ahd not warn it since the birth of john all those years ago . Showering he made sure he was clean and shaved . He paused at the mirror looking at his smiling refection with a chuckle he moved into the bedroom and dressed into his suit and a new pair of shoes that he had bought while out earlier.

Moving into the main area he stood waiting , on hearing her voice he turned to see her standing in front of him. His mouth dropped open, she looked beautiful. So much so he could not speack for a moment. As her hand touched his jaw closing his mouth he smiled , he knew he had just lost his heart to her. "you look... beautiful Ronata " he said softly he could not help him self he took the back of her hand and gently placed a light kiss on it as he looked into her eyes.

Coming to his senses he hooked her arm around his and lead her to the silver car parked by the front door, opening the passager door he helped her in sweeping her skirt inside the car so not to become trapped . Moving around he sliped into the drivers seat and started the car glancing at Ro who sat next to him before driving out and down to the village where the restaraunt lay. Inside he felt like a school boy whooping and dance at having such a beautiful woman such as Ronata at his side.

Puling up to the restaraunt he parked and moved to take her hand helping her out the car , for a moment he just stood looked into her eyes , as she did his. As he stood loking at her the el gerente walked over and caughed he smiled as Ronata chuckled saying they should go in.
"tenemos un resavation una tabla sobre mirar la bahía por favor ( we have a resavation a table over looking the bay please).

The man smiled and moved leading them to a table out on a balcony candels flikered in the gentel breese that came from of the bay in front of them.

Khaat was watching the sommelier refill their glasses with the wine Brian had chosen, and saw another couple coming to take a place at a table at the opposite end of the balcony. She realized quickly, from Steven's red hair, that it was Steven and Ronata.

"It seems our companions have joined us," She said, taking a sip of the delicate wine.

"I am not surprised. I sort of coded my favorite places in my notebook with some stars by my favorites. This one is on the top of my list," Brian laughed gently.

"I can see why. You know, if they are half as happy as I am, then I'm sure they will have a good time."

"I'm glad you're relaxing already and having some fun. We should have done this after you had Abbey and before you went back to work. I feel like we're a bit belated on this. I should have made you do this sooner.?

"Ah, you mean you don't like how hard I've been working."

"Well, you do need to consider hiring a manager for Sparks. You know that Sparks needs the help and you also know that you can't do two full time jobs, the Wizengamot, and caring for 2 newborns right now. It isn't healthy, Khaat. "

"Let's not talk about work. Not tonight."

He sighed and then said, "We will resolve this before we go home--if we never go home. We're not going back to what we just stepped out of. I won't let you do it."

"Fine. But tonight, lets's just enjoy it for what it is."

Roanta smiled as they were lead out onto a balcony her breath was taken away by the tabel that sat infront of her , ther on the table sat a bottle of Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOC 2006. she had never tasted it but had been told it was expencive.

Moving to her seat she could not help but smile at Steven as he pulled it out and pushed it in for her. the manager handed them each a restaraunt menu , loking at it she found it all sounded nice but settled on a warm salad of chicken livers, smoked paprika & Sherry.

As steven ordered she looked at him across the table, she could not help but think he looked very hansom in his blue suit and white tie, his hair brushed neat and his beard trimmed he looked everybit the galant gentelman. The waiter pored some wine after steven had tasted it. It was then she saw who sat on the opasite table and she blushed to khaat "I think khaat and Brian had the same Idea as you did" she said to him motioning to the table behind him. she raised her glass to them both seeing how Khaat was looking radiant and relaxed.

steven sat down after making sure Ronata was sat down he let the waiter pour a small amount of the wine finding that it was a full-bodied red with a velvety, smooth, dry taste. he nodded he liked it and the waiter pored Ronata some while he loked at the menu he decided on Spanish chicken with potatoes, garlic & sherry for his meal.

On hearing Ronata say Brian and Khaat were there he turned in his chair and smiled at them raising his glass to both "well it was marked as his favorate spot " he said smiling at her as he turned back to face her "they look a lovley couple , wouldn't you say?" he said smiling at her making her rember she was there with him to relax.

The waiter brought their food and they ate . steven could not help wonder if she would like to take a slow walk on the beach after their meal but decided because the tide was coming in against it. With one bottle down the waiter brought a second. He was not sure what to say to her now but luckaly Ronata spoke again about the view and he sighed "yes it is beautiful "he said softly looking right at her , he saw her cheeks become pink as he complimented her.

"Ah, they've seen us," Khaat said. She nudged Brian to look in the direction of the table behind him. He turned and they both raised their glasses back to Ronata, smiling. Brian turned back to Khaat.

"They seem to be enjoying themselves," he said.

"Indeed. Brian, you don't feel any pressure to..well, take this in a new direction, do you?" she asked carefully.

"Who, us?" he frowned. "No. Certainly not. If it happens, it happens. If it doesn't, I'm good with it, and I know you are. Relax. We're fine. Don't let anybody's expectations make you go someplace in your life you don't want to go. I would have thought you'd have learned that from Rob."

"Yeah, I guess I did," Khaat smiled. She laid her hand on Brian's. "Brian, don't go your whole life without love. You are a wonderful man. Some woman would be very, very lucky to have you."

"Hmm," he mumbled, taking another, larger sip of his wine, not wanting to think about it. It made Khaat laugh.

Ronata smiled and looked back at Steven "really I thought you picked it spacificly for us" she said grining as she saw him turn back to face her "yes they do look perfect together" she took a sip of her wine and looked out over the bay "the view is wonderful here" she said trying to brake the dificult silance between them but she could not help the fact her cheeks went pink.

after an hour she finished her meal and sat feeling a little worse for wine , she took a deep breath to clear her head but it only made her head spin more "Steven could we head back"she asked "lovley though this night is I feel a little tipsy" she said knowing it was her own fault she was not use to wine like he was she heard him pay the waiter for the meal and stand . As she stood she hoked her arm around his waist feeling quite comfotable with it there. "but first could we watch the sun set from the harbour, please?" she asked looking up at his smiling face , god how she wanted nothing more than to kiss him right there and then but she didn't know if it was the wine or how she truly felt making her want it.

With the candels now almost gone he saw her finish her meal as he did his and the wine . hearing her say she wished to go home he smiled and nodded "ok Ro if thats what you want" he listened as she also asked to see the sun set at the harbour. paying for the meal he stood up he wa about to help Ronata when he felt her arm around his waist as he slid his around ehr. he couldtell she was non to steady on her feet. Walking her back out to the car he opened the door and sat her down leaning over to clip her seat belt in . as he did she felt her give him a gentel kiss on his cheek and turned to face her but he could not , he knew it was the wine not Ronata .

straping himself in he drove down to the docks where she lent against him. "beautiful " she said moving closer to him he let his arm rest over her but he chuckled seing she was almost asleep "ok time you went and slept it off " he said he heard her give a groan as he started the car, but he knew all to well she would have a hang over the next day.
