Karaoke Night

Nikki was at the leaky cauldron. She thought tonight would be a good night to hang out with musicians, or at least people who enjoy and understand and like music.

Tonight she was wearing a yellow tight dress which had a split below her waist down to her knee, too look sexy and as for her hair, she had it really straightened. She looked like a whole new person, unrecognisable.

Anyways, she decided that because she was the first one there, she'd sing a kind of first, welcome song as people would come in and take a seat and watch her.

So she got up on stage and indicated for the band to start playing music. She put one of her hands on the microphone on the micstand and used the other hand for gestures. She smiled at the audience and began to sing in her sweet, angelic, gentle singing voice.

Abbey walked into the Leaky Cauldron and saw everyone sitting down, their attention turned to someone on stage singing karoke. Abbey glanced over and saw that it was Nikki, looking like she was having an awesome time. She ran over to the front of the stage and sat down at an empty chair and watched Nikki's performance...

Miseria entered the leaky couldron, looking curiously around. This was the first time when she finally entered this place. People were just talking about, and now there was a Karaoke night. Not that she couldn't sing - she could, but she didn't like doing that. Perhaps some other time, when she will want to become a true rock-star or something like that.

When she heard someone singing, Miseria raisied her eyebrows. Then she saw Abbey while looking around and walked quietly there, standing right behind her housemate now. "She can sing," she said quietly, looking at Nikki. Yes. she was perfect singer.

The Leaky Cauldron was probably the only place that Elijah could be without having to be bombarded with questions like: ‘Have you been drinking you man’ or ‘Krum why do you look like a tramp?’. At the Leaky Cauldron they didn’t care and Eli loved that about the place. He’d brought his guitar to the apothecary that morning but he was changing his mind as the day went on. He’d decided to do both a piano accompanied song and one with a guitar. He didn’t know if he could but he felt it could probably do a bit of both. Eli wanted to enjoy the night and the only way to do that was by doing something he loved. Art probably came first and then music. Fauve would have killed him if she knew but she was pretty high up on the scale of loved things.

The door of the Leaky Cauldron opened and Eli stepped inside. He closed the door behind him, shutting out the rain. His eyes wandered to the stage and he smiled a little. He couldn’t wait to be up there, sitting on a stool with his guitar in his lap or in front of the piano. Granted, it wasn’t as impressive as the one at home but he couldn’t complain. It was still a pretty decent model. He walked over to the bar and the barman smiled at him, taking a napkin from the stack near one of the pumps. Eli took a pen out of his pocket and quickly signed his name. It was some kind of weird tradition that the two of them held but Eli wouldn’t trade it for anything.

He sat down on a stool and took the guitar case off of his back. The barman took it from him and handed Eli a Firewhisky. He smiled in thanks and drank some it from the bottle. Frowning a little when it burned his throat, Eli put the bottle down and turned his attention to the stage.

Sophia walked into the Leaky Cauldron after she heard there was Karaoke at the Leaky Cauldron she she thought she'll go and have some fun. Sophia smiled when she seen Nikki up there on the stage singing her heart out in front of everyone! "Go Nikki!'Sophia cheered for her as she took her seat in a empty table near the front. Sophia was wearing a blue strapless dress with black flowers on it with her black leather jacket she also had black panyhoes on with her black boots with her hair curly. Sophia was ready to have some fun and sing some songs and maybe her own.

Nikki finished singing the song. She did a kiss for the audience and smiled at them. They cheered and clapped for her and so Nikki gave them a bow. Oh thank you! Nikki said into the microphone and turned off the mic and walked off stage. She saw many people arrive whilst she sang. She saw Sophia, Abbey, Miseria and Elijah. Nikki smiled and waved to all of them as she walked off the stage. Hey, guys. Nikki smiled and greeted them in a happy cheerful way.

Abbey gave Nikki a hug. "Wow, NikkI! I didn't know you could sing like that!" Abbey said, amazed at the awesome voice Nikki had that she had never told her about. Abbey glanced over at the stage, wanting to get up on the stage and sing. She decided she would later, as soon as she hung out with her friends for a bit.
