General Appearance: Astoria is a tall, slender woman who carries herself with grace and confidence. Her hair is usually worn down and straight--though on special occasions she might put it up or even curl it a bit. Her eyes are simply brown, though if she is particularly excited they might appear lighter than usual. Her nose is slightly upturned and her chin is a bit square with the slightest hint of a dimple. Her face is long and thin with fairly high cheekbones, but it matches her body well.
P E R S O N A L I T YSkills: Caring for her family, Charms and Charming people
Weaknesses: Her family, pride, friendliness
Likes: status, wealth, purity
Dislikes: germs, muggles, mudbloods
General Personality: Astoria loves her family and cares deeply for each one. Status and name eare important to her and Astoria couldn't have been more pleased to marry into the Malfoy family. It was a marriage of convience for the Greengrass and Malfoy family, though Astoria and Draco have a decent relationship. Astoria is a friendly person, and gets along with nearly everyone--though she takes her time to decide if others are worthy of being friendly toward. She, like her entire family, detests muggles and mudbloods, though she does find muggles to be slightly entertaining, with their notions of technology and such.
H I S T O R YFamily Information:Draco Malfoy, husband
Scorpius Malfoy, son
Rosalie Malfoy, daughter
Suzannah Malfoy, daughter
Lucius Malfoy, father-in-law
Narcissa Malfoy, mother-in-law
Childhood: Astoria the second daughter of Julius and Octavia Greengrass and the younger sister of Daphne Greengrass, pureblood followers of the Dark Lord. She was a spoiled child and got nearly anything she wanted. She didn't see her father much while she was growing up, because he worked nearly constantly. She was very close to her mother and older sister while growing up. Her mother died while she was in her second year at Hogwarts and Astoria was devastated. The death tore the Greengrass sisters apart and they began fighting constantly. Many petty fights that occurred over the ensuing years created a void that hasn't been fixed to this day.
Hogwarts: Astoria was sorted into Slytherin house at Hogwarts, just as her sister before her. She did well in her classes and maintained a high academic standing. Her first few years were spent in the shadow of her older sister, though when she graduated and Astoria was in her fifth year, she came to prominance in the Slytherin house. She was never close to Draco or his group while in school, though she did have a bit of a crush on him while in her fourth year.
Adulthood: After graduating from Hogwarts, Astoria re-met and eventually married Draco Malfoy, going on to have three children. She leads the life of a high society woman, spending her days shopping and entertaining friends. She has a good relationship with her children, though not without the usual disagreements parents and children have. For many years Draco and Astoria's marriage was a fully happy one, despite having practically been an arranged marriage. They delighted in their children and their social lives. Draco remained less than loyal, however, and Astoria found she had a wondering eye of her own. While never having a full affair, Astoria did consider the idea on a few occasions. Astoria's days have become slightly empty since her children went to Hogwarts, and tries to fill her days with as many activities as possible.
Short Roleplay: Dora's own torture had lasted hours. She didn't think she could torture someone for that long. She didn't want to finish this endeavor prematurely, however, because she was sure that when she was checked up on they would use Legilimens to make sure she had done what was required of her.
"Liberacorpus," she muttered, letting Callie's body drop with a thud that was hollow compared to the screams she had previously heard. She didn't lift the cruciatus curse however. She circled the twitching body and raised her wand once more, muttering a few curses that result in slashes on select parts of Callie's body. No slash where Callie would need an explanation, but a few on her stomach and back, and a couple on her upper arms and thighs. The slashes weren't deep--the fact that Callie had on clothing helped limit the depth--but they drew blood and Dora was glad she had brought the extra clothes.
Dora watched as her housemate bleed and twitched, her conscience berating her silently, wondering in her head why she felt the need to belong to a group that required this of her. She knew the reasons she had told Keena weeks before and she repeated those reasons in her head, but her conscience fought back; a part of Dora wanted no part of the bleeding, quivering mass in front of her.
