What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. [the Dance is being held in a large room in the Ministry of Magic. All wizards and witches can post unless they are wanted by the ministry. Death Eaters are welcome as long as they don't crash the party, and if no one knows their actually Death Eaters.]

Matt entered the Ministry through the regular door and up to where the dance was held. He sighed as he entered, he was the first one. Then again he had loads of free time, he was wearing a black suit and had a very solemn look on his face. He was only hear to see if he could figure anything out about Emmy. But he might enjoy himself as well. He walked over to the food table and picked up a glass and poured himself some punch. There wasn't anything stronger there...but he noticed some wine. He sighed and pulled out a flask and put some whisky in his punch. Just to settle him a little bit.

Garulia strolled in to the room wearing normal clothes, when he saw Matt, however, he dived out of site.
Shit, he thought to himself. However, he was sure Matt had seen him. Hopefully he hadn't recognized Gar.

Timothy arrived at the dance at the ministry. He had his hair all gelled up, but not too much, of course. He also had cologne on, but it was very subtle but not so subtle you couldn't tell. And he was wearing a traditional black tuxedo with the white. Black leather shoes, as well. He held a rose, a red rose. And in his pocket was Sophia's sapphire necklace. He hoped she was coming to the dance or he'd be a little bit disappointed. He walked over to some chairs and a table and took a seat and tapped his foot.

Matt turned around and saw Gar dive away. He would deal with him later. Gar was never good at anything really...besides he had made a seen coming in. He saw Tim come in and sighed, he wanted someone he didn't "Hate" to get here. Maybe Nikki or Sophia would show up, it'd be nice even if Jess came along. He sighed and walked over to Tim. "Hello Timothy" he said sitting down in front of him spinning the chair around taking a sip of his drink.

Tim watched Matt come in and take a seat near him. Hello, Matt. Tim greeted. How have you been? Tim asked. It was kinda awkward as Timmy didn't really know Matt very well and wasn't sure what to say. Did Matt dislike Tim? Or was it just a bad connection?

Matt sighed, he really wouldn't let Tim know how he really was. He just kinda wanted to talk to Soph or Nikki. "I'm good Tim" he said. He was hiding his feelings, something he really never did. "How are you?" he asked. He just kinda wanted Tim to know Matt didn't hate him, he wasn't. He just really wasn't planning on being the best of friends with Timothy. "Have any plans for later tonight?" he asked. Not trying to seem Gay or anything he was just wondering.

That's good to hear. Tim said. I am doing fine, thanks. Tim nodded. Tim then frowned and gulped. Uh...Dude, don't you have a wife or something? Tim asked. Besides, I'm not gay! Tim exclaimed. Tim felt weird but had an urge to laugh at Matt's question, but didn't.

Matt sighed when Tim had exclaimed what he did. "I meant are you going to have your hands full with a girl?" he said chuckling. "And yes I do have a wife, and I AM NOT GAY!" he said laughing. He took another drink of his drink but tossed it behind him. He didn't feel like getting drunk or anything tonight.
