Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Quidditch Party Empty Quidditch Party

Post by Andrew Thompson Fri Jan 22, 2010 7:42 am

Danny walked into the common room after their win during Quidditch game. Everyone roared with applause and they all complimented him for his flourished way to grab the snitch. He said thanks to everyone and then started talking to all the party goers as everyone was dancing and listening to music. He smiled and wondered where the rest of his team was. They were the ones who really deserved all the credit, working as hard as they did.

Anastasia giggled and applauded Danny when he came into the common room. She was happy that Gryfinndor won and she couldn't wait till she was able to fly without falling off her broom. She wanted so badly to help Gryfinndor win the Quidditch cup and decided to herself that she would practice by her self every weekend to learn how to fly. "Congrats Danny!" Ana yelled over the laughter and applause.

Danny smiled and then shouted "Thanks!" He still couldn't believe that he caught the snitch in his own condition. His arm still throbbed with pain yet it didn't feel very bad. It was just a constant feeling of it expanding then returning back to normal. More annoying than painful. He then looked around to see everyone being themselves and he laughed. "You guys were awesome though!"

Quidditch Party Empty Re: Quidditch Party

Post by Daisy Lamberton Sun Jan 31, 2010 9:28 pm

Daisy slowly entered the common room. She had taken her time in coming up from the Quidditch stadium, so that any parties would be well on the way. She planned to go up to her dormitory straight away. She said the password and climbed through the portrait hole behind the Fat Lady.

Crap. Massive party. I'm on the team. Dammit. Can I hide? Still, it's not like anyone here will actually want to talk to me. They've practised ignoring me since first year, after all.

Daisy attempted to slip around the side of the party. She mainly went through crowds of younger years, as she knew that they wouldn't pester her at all, as they wouldn't know who she was, let alone that she had been playing on the team that day.
