Exhausted [[Upstairs]] [[OPEN]]

Jemma was tired. The meeting had gone...well it could have gone better, let's say. Everyone didn't agree on everything. Well people never did. But tonight it had been worse than usual. Jemma disliked arguments. Especially the petty ones among friends - they were almost worse than the big ones, at least the big ones had good reasons behind them, for the most part, anyway.

Jemma walked into one of the bedrooms and collapsed. She didn't stay at Head Quarters very often, so she didn't have her own room. She just used one of the guest rooms. There were two beds in it, but she had no idea if anyone else was staying over or not. She usually floo-ed straight back to Hogwarts, but she didn't feel up to travelling. She hated travelling. Plus it would make her so tired she would probably collapse at the other end in whoever's office would be opened for her that night. So she had decided to stay at HQ.

Jemma opened her small bag which she had brought with her, and searched around inside it. She had cast an undetectable extension charm on it, as well as making it as light as a feather. It would be a pain in the neck for her to travel to London and such with a large heavy bag. She pulled out a new book on Divination. One of the Great Seers in France had just published it. It was in French, as the English translation hadn't come out yet. Jemma hoped her French was still up to it - she hadn't spoken or read it in a while. She really needed to practise it, she thought.
