Patroclus entered at the St.Mungo Hospital and arrived at the ground floor where reception area and artifact accidents area are located. He was welcomed by a witch who sat a desk mark Inquiries. Patroclus saw the artifact accidents area and found out that the patients there were those who deals with cauldron explosions. wand backfiring, boom crashes, and so forth

Patroclus went to first floor and found out that this floor is for the patients who had been bitten, induced or injured by the magical creatures. They were confined and healed by Hippocrates Smethwyck

Elle was on her way to the cafetaria to have her lunch when she saw a man wondering around the first floor. She approached the man, " Pardon me Sir, is there anything I can help you? Are you injured?"

Khaat walked in St. Mungo's feeing a bit of anxiety and anticipation at being named the new head of the hospital. She wanted to do a good job. She had dressed casually--casually enough to be approachable, she hoped, but not so much so that no one took her seriously. She had worn a long black broomstick skirt that had a bit of crochetted black lace on the hem. She had chosen her black boots in order to make the trek through the snow. With that, she had worn a tunic top in silk, with an unusual but classy print in shades of red, white, black and green. She had tied it together with a silver belt with hematite stones that her mother had made her. She had covered herself with her long black cloak.

When she walked in St. Mungos, she lowered her hood on her cloak and took a moment to take in the atmosphere of the lobby. She wandered the ground floor and went up to the first floor where she encountered a young woman encountering an apparently lost visitor. She watched the young woman's handling of the situation from a tasteful distance.

Narcissa Malfoy made it her business to know everything. There was actually no limit to the things she knew. Her brain soaked things up like a sponge and she was eager to see who had been made the head of St. Mungo's. If it were someone completely incompetent then Narcissa would see to it that St. Mungo's would be closed down. She didn't particularly want the hospital to be closed down but it was the way things worked and neither Lucius nor Draco would be particularly happy about an incompetent Head Healer.

Narcissa had been selective about her clothing choice. It was elegant and simple but gave off waves of wealth. She was wearing standard robes that she'd had tailored a dozen times over but continued to love them. It was dark blue silk that shimmered in the light and it was lined with velvet which was soft to the touch. Narcissa's hair was pulled up out of her face and she had plastered a look of indifference on her face which was her customary look unless around her family or the Death Eaters because their antics amused her greatly.

Narcissa opened the doors of St. Mungo's with a wave of her wand and walked inside with an air of superiority about her. Her guarded eyes looked around the lobby. Narcissa saw no receptionist what so ever. A disappointment.

Sighing in irritation, the Malfoy matriarch walked up the stairs; her heels clicking against the steps. Once Narcissa had arrived on the first floor she noticed right away what was going on. A mere child had obviously gotten lost and a Healer was now trying to help him. It was a pitiful effort and Narcissa chose to move forward so she was stood beside another woman who had chose to observe the dreadful attempt to at least get a response from the child.

"Hesitance will get her no where. She needs to be firmer." Narcissa said thoughtfully.

She felt sorry for the girl and was more irritated by the child who should have been in Hogwarts not at a Hospital. If Narcissa was a Healer she would have sent him special delivery in a box to Shacklebot. Narcissa knew he'd love that.

Something inside Khaat bristled at the attitude of the woman standing with her, but Khaat stood tall and still as stone. She saw a flash in her mind's eye of the woman standing with Lucius Malfoy, her hand in his. Khaat said with a quiet, steady and unmoved tone, "Hello, Mrs. Malfoy. Something I can do for you?"

Narcissa smirked a little and glanced at the Lupin who had obviously been made Head Healer. She couldn't say she was happy about it but the child was no disaster. She was quite impressive but was nothing special in Narcissa's eyes. However that didn't mean she was lacking talent.

"Nothing I assure you, Miss Lupin." Narcissa said with a humourless laugh. "I would suggest, however, that you hire some kind of Hogwarts Drop Out to be a receptionist. Merlin knows they're not suited for much else."

Pollux Black went to the second floor because he wanted to visit an old friend that was injured yesterday, while he was on his way upstairs he met Patroclus Black. He asked him if he was related to the Black Pure-blood Wizarding Family or to the Annis Black's Family of Hag

"Thank you for your suggestion," Khaat said calmly, with a quiet and relaxed pleasantness to her tone, to Narcissa Malfoy, "I'll keep it in mind. Are you here visiting someone?" Khaat knew of the Malfoy family and their typical strategies well enough to know no Malfoy ever paid a simple social call. She had come to believe the family was interested almost exclusively in power--how to gain unlimited amounts of it, and how to wield it to their advantage. She had no doubt whatsoever she was being sized up as to whether she was a worthwhile challenge to them. She had no bone to pick, in particular, with the family, although she didn't approve of the things they thought were valuable. Clearly Lupins and Malfoys saw the world from totally different views, and those differences had been going on now for generations. Therefore Khaat knew that both she and Narcissa were abundantly aware of where the other stood. Khaat, though, was not in the mood to either provoke or participate in any unnecessary pleasantness, and she needed it to be unthreateningly made clear she was no one's doormat either.

Narcissa once more laughed humourlessly and watched as the strange Janus Thickey Ward-escapee disappeared up another set of stairs. Narcissa had a feeling that Lupin was apprehensive and all too aware of her ulterior motives. Narcissa had them she just wasn't sure if putting them to use was any good. Probably not seeing as St. Mungo's seemed to be run but Order of the Phoenix members.

"Do you honestly think I have the time to visit the sick?" Narcissa said snidely. "Honestly, even if I did there would be no due cause to visit them. Are you going to take that fool up to the Janus Thickey War or just chase him up every level because I assure you it does get tiring walking up those stairs. Especially after someone as foolish as he seems to be."

Narcissa found subjects hard to broach especially when she wasn't sure what to squeeze from the place. St. Mungo's had records of every birth every ailment that ever hindered a witch or wizard in Britain since the 1600's. There had to be some kind of wards to keep these records untouchable - there had to be. It was just a case of broaching the subject and finding out which wards did what and when.

"This place must have many a ward on it, yes?" Narcissa asked in interest. "It would be nice to know a few more. Lucius and I like our privacy and Malfoy Manor seems to be getting awfully crowded as of late. New wards are in order I believe."
