Other distinguishing features: Lanie has two bite marks on the back of her neck where she was bitten by a werewolf when she was the age of thirteen.

Personality: Lanie is very angry all of the time, due the fact she was bitten by a werewolf. She is obsessed with looks, and thinks she herself is imperfect because of being a werewolf. Lanie has aneroxia because of this. She doesn't confide this in anyone except those very close to her. She is a fierce dueler, and very overprotective. She doesn't have many friends because she is quiet alot of the time, and wishes she were more outgoing. She would rather hang out with the guys than the girls, and is quite a tomboy. She is also into sports. Because her father is muggle born, he taught her many muggle sports, including softball, which she loves with a passion.

Family Information: Lanie's mother is Eliza Katherine Thompson. She is an ex-Ravenclaw. She is a pureblood, and works at St. Mungo's as a healer. Her father is Andrew Alex Thompson, and is an ex-Ravenclaw also, and a muggle born. He works in the Department of Magical Sports at the Ministry. Almost all of Lanie's family as been in Ravenclaw, except her mother's sister, who was in Slytherin and is a death eater. Lanie is an only child, and used to hate this, but now thinks it is for the better. She is a werewolf, and would never want to hurt a younger brother or sister. Lanie's grandparents live in Ireland, and she was sent to live with them three years ago.

Background: Lanie's parents are Eliza and Andrew Thompson. Lanie is an only child, and has lived in England all of her life until two years ago. She was sent to live with her grandparents three years ago when she was bitten by a werewolf. Her parents are very anti-vampire/werewolf, and have joined the Confederacy of Light. As you can guess, they were horrified when they found out that their only daughter had been bitten by a werewolf in the woods behind thier house, and had transformed into one. Even though Lanie's grandparents live in Ireland, they continue to send her to Hogwarts to complete her studies. Lanie belives herself to be imperfect, and has thought this ever since she turned into a werewolf. Because of this, Lanie is obsessed with her looks. She has developed aneroxia because of this. She has only confided this information to those very close to her. Her grandparents don't even know! Lanie has tried to shut herself out, and even attempted to kill herself because she hates herself so much. Lanie is also a half-blood.
