*Thinking about the future* (Rose Wesley)

Lily sat on the cold wet ground near the edge of the lake, touching the water gently with her right hand. Her left hand was in the air as she was looking at it. She was admiring her amazing diamond engagement ring that Nate gave her. Everytime she looked at it, she would smile. But then she would remember all the things she had to say to her family, that she didn't and it made her shiver.

Rose wanted to get out of the castle after spending the whole morning doing homework she needed to get out of the castle. As she walked out of the library she headed outside towards the lake to relax and have some fresh air, god knows how long it would before she had it again. As the wind rustled through her curly brown hair she made her way down the sloping lawns to the lake smiling happily. As she made it to the lake she seen Lily playing in the water enjoying herself "Hey Lils, having fun playing in the water?"Rose asked her chuckling and gave her a warm smile. Rose and Lily always gotten along for she was Albus her best friend little sister.

Lily jumped when she heard a familiar voice talk to her and she turned to see Rose. She quickly pulled her left hand behind her back, not wanting to risk Rose seeing her engagement ring. She blushed and her face went dark red. "Um....Yeah, sure I am. I was just...bored so I...went outside to look at....the lake" said Lily, still madly blushing.

Rose nodded and seen that Lily was blushing as red as her hair almost and automatically knew something was up. "Um Lils... is there something you want to tell me?"Rose asked her with a soft warm smile. Rose knew she was hiding something because the way she was blushing, Rose knew Lily long enough to know when something was up. As Rose sat under her favorite tree she waited for Lily to tell her what was up with her.

"Um....no" said Lily shaking her head, still madly blushing. "I don't know what are you saying...Ok, maybe" she said, looking at Rose nervously. "But you have to promise not to tell anyone, because if you do I'll kill you! And please, please don't freak out ok?" she said. Lily took a deep breath and continued. "It's about Nathaniel"
