Hogwarts Express

Ne'os borded the Train and entered a compartmant and sat down.

Laura walked around the compartments nervously, craning her head to look into some of them to see if any weren't empty. She really didn't want to sit in an empty one, but she knew a lot of people didn't like her, and she couldn't sit just anywhere. Plus, there was nobody in the train at all thus far, evidently she was one of the first on. She got off the train slowly, hoping to pass someone at the door. She'd rather impose on somebody and sit next to them than sit and wait for somebody to sit by her.

Daniel walked excitedly around the train for a bit, looking for a empty compartment but most of them were too full or none of them wanted him in because he was a Gryffindor and a Vampire. He saw an empty compartment but there was already another girl in there, sitting by her self looking quite nervous at the moment. "Hello, can i have a seat here, all the other are taken" he smiled warmly at her holding both his cat in his arm struggling to keep them in his arm as they try to get out of his grip.

[I'll just assume you meant me ]

Laura smiled as he entered. She ran her eyes down to examine him, opening her mouth very slightly. Then staring at the cat in his arms, she gestured toward it. "That's a pretty cat. Why is it trying to escape?" she asked with a slight laugh as the cat attempted desperately to wrench itself from the unidentified boy's grip.

"Thanks," Daniel chuckled mindlessly as he walked into the compartment, closing the door shut behind him then finally letting them down gently and with caution so that he didn't hurt them. "They are quite playful little kitten, they don't like staying in one spot too much" said Daniel smiling crookedly at the girl as he sat down opposite of her looking at her, happily. He realized that he hadn't introduced himself properly so he held out a cold stony icy hand out in front of them. "I am Daniel... Daniel Matthew Valantine" he introduced himself flicking his hair out of his eyes, he thought she looked so cute and pretty. Daniel was wearing a teal blue plaid shirt with a singlet underneath along with black jeans on and sneakers.

Laura smiled and scrunched her nose as she took his hand. The temperature shocked her and the smile slid off her face for a split second before she composed herself. She had nothing to fear from vampires. She scooted two inches closer to him, and the cat jumped out of Daniel's hand and into her lap. Surprised, she stroked its neck softly. It purred and laid down.

"I'm Laura Chang," she said, running a hand over her robes to smooth it out more tightly over her body. "You can have your cat back if you want," she said, gesturing toward the adorable fluff ball in her lap.

"Nice to meet you, Laura" Daniel said quietly, watching as she move two inch closer to him, he looked at her confusingly for a moment then smiled at her as his cat jumped out of his hand and then onto her lap purring slightly as it curled into a ball sleeping on her lap. "No it okay, you can hold onto her for a bit" he smiled at her looking at her and chuckled again.

ne'os remembered he needed to go to the Prefcet compartment but he wanted to talk to Samantha first he got off the train to look for her.

Laura smiled then licked her top lip a little bit. There was something sticky there that she couldn't quite get off. Looking around the compartment, she sighed slightly. [i]"Well, I haven't really met you before. Who are you? Like really."[/b] she said with genuine interest, stroking the cat on her lap again.
