What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Hi !
First, I'm sorry to registered before asking my question, but I haven't seen this forum was opened to guests...

So...
I'm interested in your forum and I do role play since six years. But the problem is that I'm french and I can do many errors.
I'd like to write with people who speak english to make progress, but I prefer to be honest, it won't be easy !! I'd like to know if it won't pose a problem if I join in with you.

(I hope my message isn't full of english mistakes... Embarassed )

i woudnt notice your french through this except you told us since i dont see any mistakes im not a admin but i woudnt mind.

This forum was open to guests, but don't worry about it Smile.

I think you would fit in fine here. We have another member (and admin; Mariana Diggory) who speaks Spanish as her main language but she finds it ok.

I understood your message fine and if you roleplayed like that in posts then it would be ok Smile.

If you want, you can apply and then if you find it too hard you can stop, we would all understand.

Also, some of us speak some French on here so if you don't understand anything we might be able to help you in French Smile.

You can message me with any questions you have Smile.

I'll do my best, but I thought maybe I shoudn't take a canon character, if after trying, I find it too hard. What do you think about ?

I agree it would be best not to, just because if it's your own character you can do whatever you like without having to worry about their personality as much. (I like making my own characters more anyway, but could just be me.)

I speak French, not perfectly, but I will help in anyway I can ^_^.

Edit: You could also message 'Mariana Diggory' as she speaks Spanish as her first language so she might be able to tell you if it's hard and how she manages.

I think, finally I'll do my own character, because it will be more easy (no worries about family etc.) And I always do my own characters, ordinary, I don't know why I wanted to change...

Or, you can change the language of the board just go to your Profile > Preference > Board Language. Then change it to whatever language you desire.
