She doesn't have much of an opinion on him, she rarely sees him. She obviousley
doesn't have any pets; she hates them. The only pet she would ever have is maybe an owl. Maybe.
Background:

Butterfly was born in St. Mungo's 2 years before her brother.
They had a pet cat, Kirby, but it died from an unknown source when
Butterfly was six. Later on the Sorting Hat told her that she
was almost sorted into Slytherin because it was she who killed Kirby;
even though she didn't mean to. That was her first spurt of uncontrolled magic.
She had a lot of tose before she went to Hogwarts. And here she is now.
