Jamese's dad's name is Thomas Lestrange. His mother never really paid much attention to him and vice versa, so he doesn't know her name (wierd, right). His sister is Aminia Lestrange, he never really talks to her much. He thinks pets are disgusting and would never get one.
Background:

Jamese was born in St. Mungos, as was the custom. He went home to the Black family mansion after that. He was very kept-to-himself, and didn't talk much. He displayed magic when he was 7 years old. His parents had been worried he was a squib before that. His parents then started talking all f this pureblood stuff into him. At first he didn't believe it, but it got to him after a while. And now he's as mudblood-opposed as anyone ever was!!!
