Family Information:Kevin's parents are Dean Thomas and Demelza (Robbins) Thomas. Kevin's grandmother and grandfather on his mother's side were both giants. The heritage always skips a generation, so he got it. But since his parents weren't giants, he was just tall for his age, not huge. He is an only child, but both his parents were as well and tried extra hard for him not to be spoiled. And he wasn't.

Background: Kevin was born at a muggle hospital in Kent. He and his family moved to Ottery St. Catchpole when he was 4. When he was 5, he showed magical ability. His parents were suspicious of his size and went to St. Mungos, where they reported to him that he was a half-giant. He spent the rest of his muggle years cramming in math and science so he would know them too when he grew up. He was always very good in minding his studies. And here he is now.
