Family Information: Richard is son of Laura Liskova - taleneted witch from Sankt Petersburg in Russia and englishmen Phillipe Morgan.His father died when he was 15 years old and his mother moved with him and his younger brother Nicholas to Russia after graduating.
Background: Richard was born in Liverpool,England as an elder son of his parents.After his fathers death when he was 15 and his graduation on hogwats school he moves to Sankt Petersburg with his mother and 7 years younger brother.Seventeen years later he returns to England alone and starts looking for the person who made the call and alerted Russian ministry on the call for help fighting against the dark wizzard made by vice minister Gabrielle Delacor.
Short Roleplay:Richard was very glad to be back at England.Though he lived in Liverpool good part of his life,he decided to move to London.He didn't know anyone in the capital so instead he decided to attaching tp the ministry. "Good morning." he said as he entered in what he thought it was Minister's office.Vice minister Gabrielle Delacour was in her office as he entered in.Besides good morning he lost his words.
