The Three Broomsticks

"Your right, he probably is trying to let me down easy." "So...what should we talk about now." "How about guys that you know that are single." Samantha asked hopingly.

Davina smiled. She wondered how Samantha could say that aloud so easily. If she fancied a guy and he wanted to let her down easily she would...actually, she didn't know how she would react. She hadn't had much experience with boys before. She hoped this year would be different.
"He might not be, who knows? I don't know who you're talking about so I can't judge." she replied to Samantha's assumption.
"Anyway, single guys. Now, let me think..." she trailed off, trying to think of all of the guys she could name. Not many, come to think of it. She really should get to know more people.

Samantha waited for a reply hoping that she could get Andrian off her mind. "Its ok if you don't I was just hoping to get him off my mind." Samantha started to think that it was probably a good idea to change the subject.

Davina was disappointed in herself. She couldn't even name one single guy. She was a pathetic failure. There was no denying it. She couldn't act miserable around Samantha though. She needed to think of something to cheer her up. What could she say? They had already talked about boys. They couldn't say much more there. Davina was interested in lessons and such, but most people didn't like to talk about that. They both were members of the DA. Maybe they could talk about that? What would be a good opener though? She was hopeless at this.
"Ok then, if you want." she agreed to change the subject.
"So...uhh...what do you think of the DA?" she asked. It wasn't a very good opener, but it meant that Samantha could talk about pretty much anything related to it; and it was also something she could talk about aswell.

Sophia walked into the three broomsticks to have a drink after a long day of shopping. As she went to the corner the bar tender asked what she wanted. "A butterbeer please."said Sophia as the bar tender nodded and got a mug and filled it. "Here you go."said the bar tender. As Sophia paid she tooked her glass and put a straw in it and tooked a sip of it. As she shallowed she her chocolate brown eyes looked around for a table she saw Davina and Samantha she smiled and started walking towards them. "Hey Davina and Sam mind if I join you two?"Sophia asked them smiling.

"Well its great but im not to good at it. I know that by know that everyone has heard of what happened earlyer today. I'm ok now though. How are you doing in it?" Samantha like meeting new people to make new friends. "yeah, sure. Have a seat." Samantha saw sophia walk in the door as she was talking to Davina.

Davina smiled at Sophia. She knew her vaguely, but didn't talk to her much on a regular basis.
"Sure, Sophia," she answered, she didn't mind sitting her sitting with them. She was glad that people seemed to want to talk to her. She didn't talk that much usually, except in class.
"I find it a bit hard to talk to people in the DA sometimes," she admitted to the girls. She was quite shy and didn't want to go right up to the older students and start talking to them.

"Yeah same here, but I started to talk to the D.A. people before I knew about it. Like with Sophia here I meet her, and the whole gang before I joined the D.A. so it helped me alot." "Don't you agrea Sophia?" Samantha asked.

Sophia nodded. "Yeah I do, but it can be hard talking to them but all of them are really friendly though."said Sophia smiling. "But then again, you have to be careful with friends around here, some of them will be your friends and stab you in the back."said Sophia. "But the people in D.A. aren't back stabbers, at lease to me there not."said Sophia. Mainly all the people who were in the D.A. were her friends so she had nothing to worry about.

"Sounds to me like you have a story to tell about getting back stabbed." Samantha said to sophia.
