For CeCe and Dory, this is my current train of thought for the basics of what she'd see - let me know if you want me to add, change or remove anything. Then I'll write it into an actual vision and use that in a starting post for chatting to them.
Past bits she could see:
- Sees in the past the two were close, surrounded by others (NPC friends).
- Sees a shift, a change in dynamic, something happen (could be Dory crushing on CeCe or something else - she'd wouldn't out Dory though so she'd be a bit vague in explaining that bit if it's the case).
- Sees the others coming in between the two, see's a lot of negativity surrounding them, kind of like leaking from the NPC friends and separating the other two.
- Sees one being pulled/dragged away from other other by NPC friends, I could either go with straight up negativity for a bad influence, potentially also some with good intentions but that still leading to the same outcome.
- Sees one with NPCs, one alone, sees a lot of negativity around the friend with NPCs, representing the present.
Potential futures (give me feedback if you want something different, a third option, some changes, etc.)
1 - The two friends become closer again, but separate from other NPCs, negativity between the two groups but within them they become close (NPCs to each other and the other two to each other - also close could mean friends or more, whatever you say)
2 - Everyone is separate, not so much negativity, but not positivity either, like everyone has grown apart separately and barely communicate these days
I'll write it into an actual vision and use it in a post, I'd imagine Vee would talk to CeCe about it first, then with CeCe's permission, go to talk to Dory separately.
For Cecelia, currently I've just described him as an older guy, seen in Diagon Alley and other vague locations around the UK but nothing else Vee recognised. I could have her seeing him in Denmark if you like, but she may not 100% be spot on with the country. I'd say she'd know it was Northern Europe, but not much more than that. I can add in medium/long brown hair to the next vision as well. Also I think she may see an 'X' for his surname, but maybe she mistakes it as a cross at first without realising it's a letter. (Just added what you told me in a spoiler here so I don't lose it.)

She had long dark brown hair, blue and intoxicating. He found himself drifting back to her between travels. They formed a relationship over time. Then one time when he returned she was gone, He had been planning on proposing to her, but he never got the chance.
