Stephen is a rather tall boy for his age. He has a clear athletic constitution which he had gathered from the endless hours of workout. His gentle deep hazel eyes and dark hair – somewhere in between dark brown and ebony black, close enough to his father’s but clearly with a touch of his mother’s rebellious hair – gives him a somewhat attractive look, handsome even. However, he does not really like to stand out. Usually and pair of jeans and a shirt of any color, mostly dark colors, but it can also be white, blue and sometimes green, do the job pretty well when he is outside the school grounds. Once in Hogwarts he respects the dressing codes as any other student.
   

Stephen cannot be defined by a group of words. He is that kind of person who defies the laws of gravity, but here’s a try. Defying all expectations, Stephen is different from his family in general. His ideals and actions are quite unique and his own, reason why he had been sorted into a so different house. First of all, and maybe because of this last that was the starting of all the antipathy with his father, he had grown to be too much self-protective and closed up. That always caused him some troubles to meet new people and make friends. But once that barrier is trespassed he turns out to be very friendly and caring for his friends. As any other Gryffindor he had the heart of a lion beating on his chest. He is courageous and loyal and always stands up against any injustice. Despite all his best traits and being one of the best in school every year for he was also a hard worker, his father never truly accepted him and their bond weakened over the years. He still wishes that one day he will accept him as he is, however.
   

   Early Years:
Stephen was the first born of Edward and Elizabeth Meyer. They were both wizards but Elizabeth had Muggle blood in her veins. Edward came from a variation of a Pureblood family long ago and it was a surprise when they declared their engagement. Stephen grew up and was six years old when his parents decided to enlarge their little family. A while after a daughter was born to the Meyers family.

By the age of eight, Stephen’s magical abilities started coming up and he was amazed by the things that he could do. Being both his parents wizard’s he knew that he was going to receive a letter from Hogwarts and he became anxious for his eleventh birthday. Finally, precisely on that day he received the letter and with it a new stage of his life was starting.

   Hogwarts Years:
Surprisingly and completely unexpectedly he was sorted into Gryffindor. All his father’s family had been sorted into Slytherin and his father was a very old fashioned person who thought that Slytherins and Gryffindors were destined to be mortal enemies. Stephen had suffered a huge pressure coming from his father ever since he was sorted into this house but Stephen learned how to deal with it becoming one of the most brilliant and hard-working student every year.

After all that he had been put through, it was a bit hard for him to make new friends and ever since he had entered Hogwarts he only had a few acquaintances but none that was worthy to be called friend. That way he was mostly found alone as he walked through the endless halls of Hogwarts or either in the Gryffindor’s common room or the library studying and reading. He was known to be rather smart so the few interactions he had with someone else was when they came to ask him every kind of questions about the homework that he to hand in the following day. Stephen helped as he could but was always a bit painful to receive a flat “Thanks” at the end of the day while they walked away and went to join their own friends as if Stephen was invisible or some kind of encyclopaedia anyone could borrow for just a hour or two and then be left alone in the dusty shelf where it was before.

Years went by and currently, Stephen is in his third grade. Apart from the usual classes, the year before Stephen had chosen Study of Ancient Runes and Care of Magical Creatures and all of that was keeping him very busy. After the school year had begun, Stephen easily came back to his previews daily routine. All that had ever changed was the letters he started receiving from his little sister who was at the time eight years old and had just learned how to read and write. Stephen really loved those even being rather short and objective such as what she had done that day and he always found a time to write back to her.
