Background: his parents mysteriously died from an unknown cause (avada kedavra) and he became prime minister later on. when he became prime minister he found out about wizards. he was told about the avada kedavra curse and realised this was how his parents died. he was determined to kill all wizards to revenge the death of his family with the help of england and as many other countries as possible.
Short Roleplay: William walked into his office at work. Nobody was there but it was early. He decided to email some people about some plans he had been working on with his organisation (cant remember name on here will go look it up). He went to his desk, sat down and logged on. He had some urgent things to do.

The application sounds good, I'm no admin or mod, but there seems to be a couple of inconsistenciese with your history compared to PA's history. On PA's subplot # 1, it says that William waged war on the wizards/witches after finding out that magic existed after 'being told' that we existed. I think William would have waged war on magic far before we told him we existed since he would have already known that magic was real if he knew that his parents were killed by wizards.

ok umm what i meant was he didnt know his parents were killed by wizards until he was told as his parents were killed by the avada kedavra curse so their deaths were a mystery but when he was told he linked it up as he is clever which is what turned him against magic. ill edit that in thanks.
