Shops--I Want 'Em Back
Welcome to Potter’s Army

Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Shops--I Want 'Em Back Empty Shops--I Want 'Em Back

It might be just me but I really miss some of the shops we used to have in Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade, even if we just use them for play locations. So, I added one back and I made a character to go with it.

The shop is called Brew, and its in Hogsmeade.(Yeah, I'll put a description up there in a minute.) If you miss a shop we used to have and you'd like it back, or you have an idea for a shop that we should have, even if it's just a play location, stick up a note, and we'll take a look.

And don't forget, your characters can get jobs at shops, as long as they can keep a realistic healthy balance. Please don't try to put them in so many things that they, realistically, could never do that much in real life. There are other, better ways of dealing with that "I wanna be everywhere at the same time" feeling that is so easy to get when we get excited about posting.

We should def a Wheezes location in Hogsmeade since we’re using a product invented there! And Shrieking Shack for our wolfies to hide out in!

that would work. maybe with food carts, a children's playground, and some other things to encourage people.
