Appearance: Finn stands at 5’10 with a slight muscular build on an average body. He keeps his blonde curls a bit longer than what most would consider to be professional and his face slightly scruffy, although still rather put together at the same time. He tends to model an ‘I just fell out of bed, but still look decent’ look. Seeing his crystalline blue eyes and blonde hair, many people thought that he possibly could have had veela blood growing up, but did not.

Bio: Finn was born to Kieran and Emma Kelly on April 23rd in a small town in Ireland. He spent most of his childhood in the small town, before his father took a job in London when he was ten years old. It was then that he learned he was no longer an only child and just before his eleventh birthday welcomed baby brother Liam. He felt a bit awkward around the children in their small suburbs, but before he knew it he had received his letter to Hogwarts, excited to be like his mum and attend school. His father had been schooled at home by his parents.
Upon arriving at Hogwarts, Finn had been sorted into Ravenclaw. While in school it was then that he decided he wanted to work in the Ministry and advised to take NEWT level classes in Charms, Transfiguration, Potions and Defense Against the Dark Arts. While school had been relatively easy to him up until that point, he found the coursework that he had loaded himself down with to be extremely rigorous, but nevertheless persisted.
When Finn graduated he met a muggle girl and began dating her, before having a child with her at the age of 18 while working as secretary to the Minister of Magic. The relationship sadly did not work out and he struggles to maintain a proper co-parenting relationship with his ex.
