Some free time

Cassiopeia was done with her classes and also homework, so the girl had some free time in her hands today. This was the reason why the girl even came to have fun here on the grounds today. The girl just tried to find a good way how to spend her day. Gryffindor girl ended up near the lake and was just curiously looking at it today. She was just in her own thoughts. She had no idea what she should really do. She was also thinking about many different things, like past and even about future. Lately, she tried to figure out who she wants to be in future. She hasn't really decided on that yet.

She didn't even notice that she wasn't really alone anymore here when she had come here. She deep down actually doesn't mind the company since it would be nice. She has never minded to meet new people or talk with her friends. She loves it.

Christian was walking along the shore of the lake, kicking the rocks as he went, stopping every so often to pick one up and skim it across the water. He was lucky if he got them to bounce once before they sunk into the shallows.

He wasn't really paying much attention to where he was going. The lake was bordered on one side by the castle's aqueduct and on the other by the forest, so you didn't really need to. So he almost tripped over the older girl before he realised she was sitting in his path.

"Ah," he said, for something to fill the time while he tried to remember who she was. "Nice day, isn't it?"

Cassiopeia was surprised when someone basically walked into her, well almost tripped over her. This wasn't really how she wanted her day to go. She looked at the boy who almost did it. She wasn't really sure who he was then again he seemed to be so much younger than her. So it made sense why she didn't know him probably. Cassie barely knew younger students since she never talked with them much.

"Hey," she said with a small smile. Trying to be friendly. "It is quite the nice day yes," she agreed there with that. She just hoped that nothing else bad won't happen here now. "What you were doing earlier, so you didn't notice me sitting here? Too occupied with your thoughts. Don't worry I'm not mad or anything. Just asking." Cassie was basically trying to talk with this younger boy.

She totally had no idea who he was. Or rather, who his brother was. Not mad, just asking. Like she could intimidate him. Christian bet she wouldn't be saying things like that if he was just a year or two older. She would probably be falling over to ask him on a date. He heard it could take some people that way.

"Just kicking rocks," he replied.

He resisted the urge to ask whether she was blind. It wasn't only his fault he'd almost walked into her. She could've said something, or moved out the way, but she didn't, so she mustn't have seen him coming, so he wans't the only one with his head in the clouds.
