What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Okay, so some of us have been known to nosh while we're on the computer, especially late night.

((Begins confession*--I will confess I spilled a cup of tomato soup 3 years ago into a laptop I had, and the thing ran for another 2 years apparently unscathed. LOL--*End confession*)

Anyway, if you could be posting and have any food, from anywhere (money and distance no object), what would you be eating right now?

'Fess up, Y'all!

Right now, I'm craving some really stellar quality Hot Sour soup.

oh yum. my mother makes those at Christmas and Easter. Its a great activity for kids.

They use great big pretzel rods, 2 or 3 different kinds of chocolate, sprinkles, nuts, sanding sugars--anything goes. The pretzels are almost always gone before the actual holiday they were made for. My mother thought the kids were getting too old to want to do this with her anymore, but they called her demanding to know when they were gonna do the pretzels.

I think, if I make any for valentine's day, I'm gonna try to find some candied orange peel. Then I think I'll use a really good quality dark chocolate and the orange peel, maybe some turbinado sugar

sounds awesome! i've seen food network make peri peri chicken and always thought it looked amazing, but i'm too remote from a lot of things that aren't fairly standardized American fare.
