Nothing like a relaxing day to erase the stress away!

It was the weekend and Kace had the next couple of days off work, he didn't have to be back work until Tuesday and he was going to enjoy his time off with his kids. Kace walked down the crowded street of London holding Mekenna and Kendall's hand. "Hold onto my hand and don't let go ok? I don't want to lose you two in this mad house. "said Kace. " Ok daddy, I won't let go."said Meknna. Kace knew that his daughter didn't let go of him, as for Kendall it was a bit harder seeing how he was a boy and didn't like holding his hand much. His kids were so much like him it was unreal, although there was traces of their mother inside of them, especially Mekenna. 


Walking into the Leaky Cauldron Kace headed towards his normal spot by the window as Mekenna and Kendall took a seat across from him. Kace looked at the menu as Mekenna looked at him innocently before he looked over his menu at her laughing. "Daddy can I get some pancakes please? "Mekenna asked him as Kendall nodded as well. " Yeah I want pancakes to daddy! "said Kendall. " You don't want some chicken noodle soup with grill cheese or something? "Kace asked them asked as they shook their heads. " Oh ok, pancakes it is then. " said Kace as they cheered happily. Kace shook his head laughing at how much like him they were, he loved pancakes and didn't care what time of day it was as well, he could eat them any time of day.  


As the waiteress came and asked for their order Kace ordered pancakes and two small pancakes for Mekenna and Kendall. Waiting for their order, the waiter returned with his hot chocolate and water and their chocolate milk. Watching them blow bubbles in their chocolate milk, Kace shook his head at them. " You're suppose to drink it, not blow bubbles in it! "said Kace chuckling at them. " We are daddy, just fun blowing bobbles! "said Kendall. Kace laughed at how Kendall said bubbles, they were still learning how to say big words, but Kace was proud that they were able to talk as clearly as they did. Waiting on their order Kace listened to the music playing not to far from them, it was nice to spend the day with his children.

Sinclair finished his set and placed down his guitar and wiped off the sweat from the hot lights that beamed down on him while on stage. Now he was done he moved to the bar glancing over at a man and his son sat close by he heard him say about the boy blowing bubbles in his drink and chuckled knowing he'd done the same thing when he was younger. “ Bubbles are fun in chocolate milk, makes it like a milk shake.” He said slightly chuckling out loud as he sat in the next booth.

He ordered some burgers and fries and a glass of chocolate milk. He sat back and waited smiling as he watched the father and son close by, Now he missed his brother Danny and the antics he's get up to, but he was off doing his own thing leaving Austin to work and take care of the flat they shared together. But he was proud of him not that he would say anything to him about it he liked to keep him guessing. He saw the waitress bring his food and sat up out of his half slumped sleepy position and smiled at her as she placed it down in front of him. He knew his food was always part of the job so didn't have t pay anything for it.

The music was quite calming, it was nice to have something calming for once and not some drama and chaos. Although that was what Kace's job consisted of, Drama and chaos, with a twist of craziness on the side. Although Kace loved his job and according to Brian and Robert, he was a fine Auror and was damn good at his job. Although he was glad that he could come home ever night to his children, that was the only thing that mattered to him, was coming home to his children every night. Although he knew that he had crazy missions at times, but he was glad to have such a understanding boss who he gotten along with quite well, as well as the minister. 


Kace looked at the man and laughed. " Indeed it does, it also makes chocolate milk volcanoes!"said Kace chuckling. Kace blew bubbles in his milk as well, it was part of being a kid, something that Kace missed sometimes. Being a kid you didn't have responsibilities as you do when you get older, crazy how when you're a kid you wish to grow up, but when you're a adult you wish nothing more then to be a kid again. If Kace had to stay one age forever, he would probably stay the age he was now, he wasn't young but he wasn't old. 


As their food was brought out, he chuckled as Mekenna and Kendall were cheering and bouncing up and down in their seats. " Yay Pancakes! "Mekenna cheered happily. " Yeah yay pancakes! "said Kace chuckling. As they dug into their pancakes Kace smiled before he dug into his own himself enjoying his soft moist fluffy pancakes. Kace knew that they were going to get sticky from the syrup, they always did, but it was only their hands and mouth.
