When their feet landed in the manor, Hadley found herself thoroughly confused. Why would this duo take her to a place that was so oddly ornate? Surely they could have just taken her to the Leaky Cauldron or something? At least until the Death Eaters had gone. Her brow was furrowed as she released Corrine's hand, and she began drifting around the room a bit, staring at the things on the walls. It must have been an entryway of sorts, though, she of course had no idea how large the building was.
Bentley, for his part, was currently wondering how he could escape without having to talk to Lorcan. He didn't want this on his hands. Sure, it made him feel a bit guilty to drop all of it on Corrine's head, but technically, she had intended to find Hadley all along. What would his friends and family do if they found out the truth of what he had done that night? He had promised them that he wouldn't get involved again.
The Death Eaters needed to trust him, though, if he wanted to keep those he cared about safe. That was his highest priority, and he could only hope desperately that it didn't turn around to bite him later. Striding over to Hadley, he took her arm a bit too harshly, causing her to gasp and throw out a, "hey!"
"This way," Ben demanded, tugging her along. Tossing a look over his shoulder at Corrine, he didn't bother waiting for her to catch up, instead heading off to find other Death Eaters. Once they entered the living room area, he pushed Hadley into one of the chairs and sent out a call to the Death Eaters to let them know that what they had been looking for had been found, and they should return to the manor. The other Muggles wouldn't be much of an issue now that their temporary home had been destroyed.
