Shop Ownership & Job OpportunitiesIn addition to the Ministry, Hogwarts and misc employment
opportunities, you can opt to work at or own a shop in either
Diagon Alley, Knockturn Alley, or Hogsmeade. You can own
or work at a canon shop or create a new business. The two
most important canon shops are
The Leaky Cauldron and
The Three Broomsticks-----------------------
Creating a shopThere are three steps to follow in shop creation:
1)
Reserve your shop here using the below form - make
sure that your shop is unique otherwise it may be rejected.
Also make sure that it fits with the environments of Diagon
Alley, Knockturn Alley, and/or Hogsmeade.
2)
Create your introductory threads - at this point your shop
will have its own subforum in whichever area you have chosen.
Now make your threads introducing the shop and listing your wares.
PM an Admin or repost here and we'll "sticky" them for you so that
they always appear at the top of the board.
3)
Check your "stickied" threads regularly - and make sure
that everything there is completely up to date depending on how
often you change what you're selling.
