Okay, here's the deal with my characters.

So, my muse was super in the zone earlier, but now it's died. And I think that's from thinking about some of my characters and how they're sort of stuck, doing nothing. So, here's what I'm looking for, if anyone has the time/any ideas for them.

1. Declan is probably one of my favorites, if only because he's been hurt but he's only become even more sarcastic because of it. He's terribly cynical - especially when it comes to women. More so, even, if they seem interested in him. He doesn't want to make the same mistakes over and over, mostly. Owns the Leaky... Is known to give out free drinks if he's in a good mood... Cooks a right wonderful meal. He's also not got much of anything going on, outside of the Snow thread. Which is fun, of course. But I'd like some personal plotting for him, since he hasn't any. 29, ex-Gryffindor.

2. Nessarose is my long-time guilty pleasure of sorts. She's a terrible person, and I kind of love her for it. She knows that her parents sent away their daughter because she was a squib. So Nessa was adopted to replace her, and since she found out, she's been determined to find the girl (an NPC), and enact her revenge. She has been turned into a werewolf in the past year, and has dropped out of school. She also has a secret that, if you've read her threads from last school term, you know it. But I'm not sure what I want to do with it, or if I even want to use it, so that'll only come up if necessary. Basically, I need bad influences, perhaps someone to think she's a good person when she isn't. I don't know. Anybody who might want to take part in her story is welcome to. 16, ex-Slytherin.

4. Katherine ("Kit") is a fifth year, but should be a sixth. I'm sure most of you have heard the story, but if not, she was misdiagnosed and told she was going to die, but of course didn't because she's still roaming about. Anyway, she's a pureblood but isn't so sure about blood purity issues after being around the folks in the hospital for so long. She's more shy now, but would likely be just as sarcastic as she was before around those she trusts. She doesn't really have any relationships/friendships/etc right now. So, pretty much open to anything. Oh. And she's a Dark Follower, if anyone wants an in for that group. Or if anybody wants to say that's how they know each other. Whatever suits you. 16, Ravenclaw.

5. The Zabini twins, Apollo and Christian, are great but going unused. Apollo is a terrible flirt if he's around shy girls, because it irritates them and he thinks it's hilarious. Christian will protect them, of course, because he's a sweetheart. But he also falls for people *really* easily, and can be rather stupid about it. Even if the person was rather horrible, he would deny it or try to fix it rather than getting out of the relationship. Perfect cue for an unhealthy relationship if anyone wants one. They're both 17, one Slytherin, one Hufflepuff.


Ones who aren't as desperate for stuff, but could still be open for plots:

6. Audriana just had her twins, and the handler of her husband is out of town so she is sort of bouncing around in the Order, but she's quite corruptible (HINT HINT), so she may not be one of the leaders of the Order for much longer. Really, she thinks she has strong morals, but she's more messed up about her parents abandoning her than she realizes. They found out she was a witch and left her with her Grandmother, who died before her 7th year. Even for an Ex-Gryffindor, she would probably be the sort to consider affairs (although I don't know if she would actually do it). She's become a bit more cynical and judgmental lately, somehow. She probably just needs a bit of fun. 26, Ex-Gryffindor. Order co-Leader.

7. Avery is very tenderhearted, but tends to act without thinking. Especially after drinking a bit much. But, then, I suppose most people might. Anyway, she's got a broken family, to say the least, and so she's sort of been adopted by Keiran's family (though, not his wife so much). She's married to Robin, though that's the same handler as Aud's husband, so she's not up to the typical personal plotting. I'm really looking for something more interesting. Preferably something that makes her question either herself or someone she thinks is a friend, if anyone has any ideas. Maybe she thinks someone betrayed her. 25, Ex-Durmstrang student. Works at the Ministry as a Beast Specialist - specifically in the area of Dragons.

8. Darren is my least-used character, I think, of all time. Yet he's buckets of fun. He's a psychology student at University, and loves to wind people up. He goes to a Muggle Uni, so it could be kinda fun if someone worked him up into doing magic and he got in trouble for it. Basically, If you've got a character that is a little bit bonkers, or easily upset, he'll love them. Or, love to mess with them, at least. He could get into serious trouble for it. Right now, he's more or less supposed to be in prison because he's been evading arrest ever since the Marriage Law thing. And now the Ministry is like, "ohmygod stop running," so they're wanting to lock him up anyway. So, maybe he pisses somebody off and they try to get him in trouble because he lets it slip? I've no idea. 20, Ex-Ravenclaw

1. Declan and Dom need to be best friends. Like, hell, I think it's funny. For some reason I feel like she's just really safe for him. Maybe because she doesn't take anything serious.

2. Perhaps Lily and Nessa end up as transformation friends? Werewolves typically form packs for their full moons, but Lily has been doing it alone. Perhaps they become friends and Lily thinks Nessa is the good influence between them.

5. I really think Finn would be hilarious with these two. Maybe Apollo decides to mess with her and Christian "saves" her, and she ends up sort of crushing on one of them? She's pretty wimpy with guys.

Did we want to continue the Dom/Dec thread, then? At the ball?

Lily works! Nessa would probably try and come off as normal and all the rest, but she's been avoiding the pack she was meant to be a part of, because she beyond hates Dylan and James and all the rest for what they did to her. I think Nessa's bad influence moments would come from her actions. Like, she doesn't smoke, drink, etc, but she's willing to completely destroy her parents for what they did. Especially if she determines that the girl is dead. Which, granted, she isn't. But in the event that she believes that the girl is, she might just do it anyway. I have an open thread for her, but it's in Knockturn Alley. Not sure if Lily would go there.

Well, Finn already knows Christian, yeah? So maybe Apollo is actually being almost nice in his advances, but Christian comes in thinking he's helping? I dunno. Whichever she's more interested in is fine, but I sort of am aiming for that unhealthy relationship for Christian just because I think it'd be interesting from his POV. So he wouldn't be interested in return. I don't think Apollo wants to take anything seriously, so it's possible that if she did like him and he found out, he might lead her on. I honestly don't know.

I'd love to continue it - it was fun.

I'm working on a post for the open thread now! Maybe that's when Lily can decide she wants to help her.

I don't know if Finn would end up liking Christian, since she already knows him. The only thing that would make their relationship unhealthy if they had one would be if he tried to involve himself with her father - Orpheus would probably want him dead. I'd like a thread to see where it goes. Finn is one of my unpredictable characters.

Yeah. I mean, it would make more sense to have it be Apollo, but maybe his need to play the hero catches her attention or sommat. xD I dunno. I'm trying to think how to start one with Apollo. If I've not got one up until tomorrow, I daresay you might need to give it a go. I can picture him coming in to annoy her, but I'm not sure how to give her an in. I'll ponder that.

And awesome. I liked the Dec/Dom one.

Declan&Beth - They most likely know each other and I won't be surprised if he hates her or at least doesn't enjoy her company. If so, she would probably come to the Leaky, only to provoke him. And besides that, she could use a drink, get drunk, open her soul, shares her deepest secrets with him and after that, she'll probably avoid him for the rest of her life.

Kit&Beth - Didn't we make some plans with Rina about Beth telling Kit about Kai's secrets? If she's still into him (or whatever the story was), we can do the thread where Beth is showing her diary that belonged to Kai's wife. And then Kai comes and tells Kit the truth about Beth.

I'll admit to not remembering too much about Beth, but that's because I'm confusing her with Amy's Beth. But Declan hating anyone is bound to be fun. If you wanna have her come in, I'll send him over to reluctantly take her order and whatnot.

For Kit, that'd work if Rina was up for it. Kit is actually going to be interested in a character that's in the works right now, so I think it would be convenient if she was sort of o.o at Kai and shied away from him, instead turning to the new person once their app goes up.

She is arrogant, rude and cunning. Hating her shouldn't be that hard xD

I'll get it up when I can. I'm starting to get ready to head back to school, so it's getting harder to find time to start 'em up. But if all else fails, I'm back at school on Friday and have all weekend to catch up! I doubt it will take that long, though. I'll send you a PM with the link once it's done.
