It was looking more and more likely that Adrienne would be leaving Hogwarts at the winter break to instead attend University back in London. Especially now that Keiran had been made Deputy Headmaster and was starting to get some of his memory back. He had woken up after the train accident assuming that he was returning to Hogwarts to teach, only to be told that he actually wasn't supposed to be, but that his wife would be doing so instead. Obviously, it had irked him at first, though he had tried to be happy for the blonde who was as much a stranger as she was his wife. But now, things were looking up, and as he started to get pieces of his missing year back, Keiran was starting to get used to Millie again. All around, it seemed, he was getting better.
That was why Adrienne hadn't hesitated when he suggested they take up his old idea of little clubs outside of class so students could get extra practice in. It didn't hurt, either, that the students could get to know their Deputy Headmaster and their professor outside of class. Both Keiran and Adrienne were hoping to make the kids more comfortable - especially the first years. With the large age gap between them, the two staff members could play both sides: Keiran, the older father-figure at 27, and Adrienne at 18 could be a friend to the students who seemed to be struggling.
So it was into the Charms classroom that Adrienne and Keiran walked, propping the door open and levitating the chairs to the outer edges of the room. Not quite wanting to have any awkward starts to their meetings, Adrienne had brought along snacks made by the house elves who had been kind enough to help her, and those were set on the large desk at the front of the room. Casual conversation started as they waited for any interested students to arrive, ranging from the day's classes to the weekend ahead.
