Your New Celebrity

Hey!

So I have made a new characte: Viola Roosevelt, 26, the soon-to-be Katy Perry of the wizarding world. Viola is British but grew up in France from the age of eight so attended Beauxbatons and later went on to hit it big in the french music industry. After hitting France by storm with her somewhat dark yet rhapsodic tone Viola has now arrived to the UK to spread her music.

She's only released one song in the UK at the moment so people wont have heard too much about her - they've probably recognise her name and may know that song but I'm hoping for big things to happen with her!

Maybe a daily prophet interview or a WWN interview (if that is still going?)
Perhaps a guest appearance at Satans?
She is due to release a song with the Justin Bieber of the wizarding world Colin Cornell.
Oh and she is a member of the Order Of The Phoenix.

SHE AND BARTOLO SHOULD BE BEST FRIENDS AND SING A DUEL TOGETHER. Because Enrique Iglesias is life.

Awesome! What does Bartolo do? How do you think they could meet? Wait...

OMG Bart is a muggle born and he is a year older than Viola. Maybe they were childhood friends (Viola didn't really have any so he could have been the only one) but at the time neither knew each other was magical and Viola moved to France at the age of eight so they could have lost contact. Maybe Viola sees him in Diagon Alley and there is a whole reunited thread?!

I can't offer you any sort of performer, but I sort of want to see her with Darren (the Harry Styles character) for irony. Plus, I think he would be interested to learn about her. To see if she's like all the other celebrities or more grounded or whatever the case. If you're interested.

I've got Thalia. She was a year older at Beauxbatons so they would know each other but I'm not sure if you have any ideas on how to make it interesting.

@Addie. I'm thinking of having her perform at Satans or the Poison Apple so maybe after the show he sneaks backstage to find out more about her?

@Emily. That could work. I'll have a look at Thalia's profile to remind myself about her and see if I can think something up.

@Hit. Awesome! Should I make a thread (tomorrow) or do you want to wait a while as I remember you posted you were busy atm?

Also.

I was thinking if there are any single Quidditch players then they maybe their managers force them to go on a date, or a fake date out in public, to boost their publicity and what not? Kind of like what they did with Hayden Panettiere and the footballer on Nashville if anybody watched that in season 1?
Just an idea for awkward fun that could turn into more fun/friendship.

And regarding the Quidditch player: I don't wanna steal all your plotting for her, but I do have one character I'm working on that comes with an NPC that she could be friends with. The character would also own a store and likely be fairly well known as the captain of his team. It would depend on if you wanted bad press or good press, if he ended up filling that role for her.
