The look her sister had had on her face when they had encountered each other was one She had never seen before. It was a devastated look, it was hopeless. To think that the girl who she had looked up to for so long, had thought was so strong, could look that way.. It was strange. She wondered what had caused it. It couldn't have been her disappearance, Hitame didn't care enough. Naomi didn't know how she could have always been so stupid, how she could have always believed that Hitame would be there to protect her and actually care about her. It was obvious the older girl didn't care about her at all. If she had, she would have neee been kidnapped.
But it had happened. Hitame had chosen Alex over her and she didn't know what to do. She didn't know how she was supposed to handle that. All she had been able to do was leave. So getting caught was her own fault, but if her sister had paid more attention to her, it wouldn't have been a problem.
"I'll make you a deal.. Get the Gryffindor to join us, and I'll give you her sister."
"What..? You have her?! Give her back now!"
"Ah ah ah, you have to get the girl to join us first."
"Fine."
That always played in her mind. Though she was sure that her subconscious had created that version of what had happened. But she knew that Alex was there during that conversation. That he was the one that had been speaking to the Death Eater that was keeping her hostage. She hadn't heard from him since then. She assumed he'd given up because Hitame had refused to join te Death Eaters. At first she had been happy about that. Her sister would be safe from what she was learning they wanted her for. But now she wanted her sister to join, so she could be like he and the two of them could track - scratch that, hunt their parents down and kill them.
She hadn't been allowed to show herself to anyone for a long time. Especially not to her sister, but when they met, the goal was for them to do so. She was supposed to spark a curiosity within Hitame so she would wonder why she had changed so much. Why she wasn't the same innocent girl she used to be. Naomi guessed that she had made her own assumptions after she had ran away from her. But her job had been done. Assumptions or not, Hitame had to be curious as to what had happened to her. Soon enough she would come in search of her and she would eventually be convinced to join them.
She would help, of course.
The Death Eaters weren't so bad. They're like the Order, but their ideas are different. They fight for what they believe in, even if those things were bad. Same as the Order and everyone else. She had managed to stay out if most of their fights, only because se was still useful to them. And she had managed to make friends among the Dark Followers, one of them named Ally Nott. Naomi liked the girl, in more than one way, but she figured she wasn't like her when it came to liking someone, so she had just decided to become her fried while she figured out if she was like her. Ally wa probably the only friend she had within Hogwarts that could actually be considered a friend. The ones she had before wouldn't like her anymore if they saw what she had become.
The ex-Hogwarts student let a sigh escape her lips as she leaned her head on the seat of the couch while she sat on the floor and stared at the ceiling. She and Ally had made it a thing to meet up in the Shieking Shack since Naomi refused to return to Hogwarts, and right now she was waiting for her friend to arrive.
