CHARACTER HISTORY

Early Years: Rhonin was only a boy when his mother died, who was also the only mother of their father's children he was actually married to. He and Aikaterina were treated as royalty in their father's house, which was full of magic as only their mother was a muggle. Their father had a fascination with muggle women, producing Daryn with another muggle woman and Tybalt and Allyria with a third. Because their father was so fascinated with muggle women, Rhonin and Aikaterina did not see as much of him. They grew up in their large house with as much muggle culture as wizarding culture and became fairly rounded in their cultural knowledge. Rhonin, from early early on as a child, spent almost all his time with his sister Kate. He was the only one allowed to call her by a nickname along with their father and no one else had had any say in the matter.

Hogwarts Years: When Rhonin entered Hogwarts, he was only a couple years behind his sister. She was already making herself quite the Ravenclaw early on in her schooling, and Rhonin hoped and hoped and wished to join her in Ravenclaw. But when the Sorting Hat was placed on Rhonin's head, it only took seconds for him to proclaim Rhonin as a Ravenclaw. Rho was certainly disappointed, but the Gryffindor house was his second favorite anyway. Even though their houses kept them separate, Rhonin and Aikaterina still spent almost all of their time together that they could. They were both growing and changing together and rarely had friends that were not friends with both of them. But as Rhonin became a fourth year, and Aikaterina a sixth year, their father was pronounced dead just before Christmas break. They had not known any of their father's affairs, with women or politically, but he was killed by another. Not of natural cause or suicide. It hit Aikaterina the hardest. She was now the owner of all their estate and kept in maintained in the hands of the kindest man that worked for them. But when they were not at school, and even when they were at school. She had become a mother to Daryn, Tybalt, and Allyria. They had no one for them, not even their muggle mothers who maybe saw them a couple times as children and then never came back. It made Aikaterina's final year at Hogwarts her toughest, and shutting Rhonin out most of the year was the side effect. He was lost without Kate and grew quieter. He had always been more of the strong and silent type, but his fifth year especially he went off on his own more often and ignored people even when they were around him. Friends of their's said the only time he would light up was when Aikaterina was around, but even then, she was fairly distant, too. Becoming the "head" of their family was a transition for Aikaterina that Rhonin had not prepared for. When she graduated and spent most of her time in their large house, Rhonin spent time trying to finally make friends and rekindle with old ones. He found a romance here and there, as young boys do, and graduated Hogwarts without a clue what to do in life.

Adulthood: The year after graduating, he and Aikaterina became close. They ran their Baltheczar household together and reignited the tight bond they once shared. But at the end of that first year of being a graduate, Kate decided it was time for her to get a better job than what she'd been doing. So she became a teacher at the Salem Witch School in America. It broke Rhonin's heart again that his sister seemed to find it so easy to just leave him behind. Rhonin held a number of different jobs since his sister went to America, his main job being to look out for his siblings who were still in school. After Daryn graduated Hogwarts, Rhonin stressed this responsibility to him to keep Tybalt and Allyria on track. Present day, Rhonin still tries to find a job that fits him, but struggles. He chooses to keep his distance from politics and conflicts and spends most of his time playing the piano or riding horses at their home.

Hello! And welcome to PA!

You have a great start on your character, and I really want to see you finish him.

We normally allow 2 weeks for any app. You're coming up on that fast. I can give you a few more days, so if there is something I can do to help, give a yell.

If you can't get to him soon, we can put him into "storage" for you so that you can finish him when you have time. But I'd like to see him up and ready for play.
