Howling for the moon ~OPEN~

Subastian felt the full moon like a knife in his side, he knew he needed to get far away. He called Lily telling her that he was getting out of the city for the change. He didn't want to be anywhere near her when he turned into the werewolf. Subastian left her the SUV and took a car that he uses for just these types of things. He brewed the wolfs bane potion before he left the house, he had a satchel full of clothes and the potion. Subastian parked the car in an abandoned park and walked into the forest that butted up against it. He found his usual spot for the change, it was deep enough in the woods that there was no human life anywhere. Pulling out his wand he flicked it at the pit in the center and started a fire, then he started gathering wood around the campsite. He gathered enough for three days, he then finally sat down on a log and sighed rubbing his eyes.

Subastian looked around and wondered how much longer it was going to be before dark. He shrugged as he got up, he grabbed a bow and arrows deciding to get something to eat before night time. He crept along the trees trying to find a rabbit or a deer, he was searching when he saw something that caught his eye. He looked closely but didn't think that it was something that should be way out here in the middle of the woods.

Tristan got scared as she saw the moon getting higher in the sky. She broke out into a run and didnt stop until she felt like she was far enough away from civilization to not hurt anyone. She suddenly felt the change begin to happen. It felt like her skin was being torn off her body and her bones were growing. She screamed in pain and collapsed after the change finished. She whimpered, still not used to the transformation.

Subastian felt the change coming over him, he put his bow and arrows in a safe place. His body transformed into the howling beast of a werewolf, he shook his body as he let out a howl. The werewolf side of him was in control as he started walking deeper into the forest for food. It passed the other without looking, sniffing the air for something that it could eat.

Hearing the sounds of grazing animals it's body stiffened and drew closer to it's prey. It was only a moment before it lunged out at the deer that was nearest. The werewolf's body was strong and supple as it took down it's victim. After it was finished the werewolf buried it in the soft ground beside it.

Tristan sniffed the air and howled. Blood She could smell the scent of fresh kill not far form here. That meant humans, possibly. But she didnt care. She was in wolf mode. She ran towards the smell and saw another wolf devouring a deer. Tristan lowered herself to the ground and pulled her ears back, she growled and bared her teeth at the wolf. She creeped closer and closer before standing up straight, tall and proud. Her mother was Queen of the Lycanthes. And she was Princess. If this Werewolf wanted to get anywhere in the world, he would respect her. She harshly barked at the strange wolf.

Subastian snapped out of wolf mode hearing a growl directed at him. He swung his head towards the wolf who made the noise at him. Ignoring the wolf he finished burying the deer before stretching out his lengthy body. Hearing the wolf bark he started getting aggravated at it, finally he let out a loud growl that was fierce and deep. He wanted to be left alone not to be bothered by some wolf who couldn't leave one alone.

Before the wolf could react he took off like bullet deeper into the woods. He ran around trying to throw the wolf off his scent. He found a nice secluded area and laid his head down for the night. He laid down as he stretched out with his paws in front of him putting his head on top of them.

Tristan reacted instantly when the other wolf took off. She ran faster and faster, trying not to lose him. But of course, she did. She looked around and sniffed the air. She whined and looked around, scared. She had never been alone during the transformation before. She usually had her pack with her, or at least one member of it. But, Luke had graduated last year. And now she was alone. She trembled as she made her way deeper into the woods, her tail between her legs and her ears down. She whined and kept jumping at every sound. She howled in hopes another wolf would hear her.

Subastian heard the wolf howl and breathed out a sigh. He got up from his place went out to find that other wolf. He ran flat out till he found her, he leaped to where she was and landed softly beside her. He barked softly to get her attention before he turned walking back to where he was before.

Subastian knew that he wasn't gonna be pushed around by her. He was a free wolf and it was going to stay that way. Lily was pregnant with twins and he wasn't gonna let anything get in his way.

Tristan whined and followed the other wolf to a clearing. She turned around a few times before lying down. She let her golden eyes meet his and whimpered, showing her thanks by not attacking him. She was scared to be alone at a a time like this. She put her paws over her nose and lied her ears down against her head. She looked at the other wolf and noticed he was the same wolf from earlier, the one that ad gotten the deer. Just then, her stomach rumbled and she whined softly. She was starving. She lifted her head and blinked a few times.

Subastian looked at her then laid down next to her to keep her calm. Hearing her stomach rumble he nudged her to follow him so he could get her something to eat. He sniffed the air and turned as he took in the smell of something that could feed her. He got down low since it was close creeping towards the animal. Subastian leaped out of the clearing taking down a deer. He dragged it into the clearing then walked away from it. He laid down on the ground with a soft thump and looked out of the clearing his ears listening for anything.

Tristan followed the wolf and watched thankfully as it tackled a deer. She was practically so weak from hunger she was about to pass out. She stumbled toward the wolf and nudged him with her nose thankfully before beginning to eat. After she finished, she licked the blood from her lips and nudged the wolf again with a wolfish smile on her lips. Well, as much as a wolf could smile. She walked over to the strange wolf and turned around a few times before lying beside him in a huffy way. She was tired, but didnt want to be alone. She whined in a way of asking him to stay with her until she found Shane. She wondered where her wolf was, worried about her best friend.
