Meeting 10

Ana truly couldn’t believe how many meetings she had held. This was her thirty-second meeting, and she had two more that day. But once she had finished those three, she would be done with the meetings entirely, and she could return to her previous position as an Unspeakable. She knew that the change would be a bit odd at first, but Ana simply couldn’t wait to return to her proper floor and her typical job. She was good at it, and felt comfortable there. What she wouldn’t give to be there now, Ana mused.

Just three more hours before she could head home for the weekend and relax. It was strangely lucky, she knew, that her children were too young to participate in this law; her eldest wouldn’t be eligible for years. Pavel was likely grateful for that, though it certainly strained their relationship regardless. It wasn’t like Ana didn’t know that he was seeing someone else, though, so nothing had really changed.

After having seen out her previous match, Ana had to let out a heavy sigh. Those two had been something, that was for sure. Never had she had someone show up early, and had two people already know they were matched. Apparently, they had been seeing each other and discovered the truth before their meeting time. At least someone was pleased, she thought lightly.

The next match would undoubtedly be different than the last one, but hopefully it would go over just as easily. In fact, Ana had never experienced a meeting that took up such a short bit of her hour. The left over time had been desperately dull, drawn out and painful. Now, though, she only had a couple minutes to wait so she could get the meeting started.

Isabella Marie Santiago was shocked.
She had recived a letter about compliance to the marrige law.
But she was not a resident, nor was she a citiz- Cross that out. Under a different name she was a citizin.
But under a different name that was. And that was not her.
But here she was just the same.
And just the same she would go.
Not to get married.
But to complain and state she was not a resident nor was she a legal citizin.
She was a citizin of Espana.
And no where else.
Gathering up her things she apperated out of the apartment she was staying in and into the ministry. Marching up to the bright desk she grabed a map and looked over it. Finally she found her the Ministers office and marched through elevators and hallways.
She stopped infrount of the door. Flattened down her hair put and grim look and her face and opened the door. Calm and collected.
"I demand to know the means of this situation. I am not a citizin of england. Nor am I a resident of england. I am leaseing out a apartment in the muggle world and visiting my fiances parents."

Purseing her lips Isabella sat down on to the chair acorss from Ana Leviski.
Her "bethroted" hadn't arrived yet.
So she was pissed off.
But she delt with it.
As she had to deal with every other stupid thing in the messed up world.
Rolling her eyes Iz imersed herelf in her thoughts. Allowing her mind to wander, Iz wondered about her "bethroted" was her handsome? Good looking? Smart? Nice?
Time ticked by slowly and when ever she seemed to stare at a clock only 10 seconds would have pasted.
Sighing exasperated Isabella got up from her seat said. "I'm going to grab some coffee. Want some?" Then not waiting for Ana to reply she flew off and headed to a coffee place so she could stay awake.
