Darcy Drama

I'd like a significant plot for Darcy. She has a lot of potential, I think, but doesn't have plotting beyond little fun stuff.

And by drama, I don't mean a cute friend plot. Something like... awkward flirtation with a professor, or discovering a strange secret of a classmate. That sort.

So, what do you guys have?

Um...I only have one student, and I don't use him much, but he does have a boatload of secrets. hahahaha.

Andrew Diamond (fifth year Gryffindor).  He's an orphan but Robert and Kate are his legal guardians. (Wasn't my original plan but he's just evolved that way.) (He's the son of a wealthy, pureblood git who was killed in a bar fight--the same git who killed Andrew's mother. Andrew has a great deal of money but he lives a very 'off the rack' sort of lifestyle.)

He grew up being a pickpocket to survive before he got to Robert, and he prefers climbing to about anything else, and he talks to animals.

But--over his breaks, he's been learning from Michael Tremaine how to be an increasingly proficient burglar.  He is finding it easy to 'apprentice' under Michael, and it is not in his best interest for people to find out that he lives with Robert Lupin, nor that he is learning how to be a professional thief.  Nor that his father murdered his mother.

That might not be what you're looking to work with---but in student circles, its the best I've got right now. And I'm open to ideas.

Darcy's a climber! She mans the rigs on her ship, which includes climbing up the mast. They should meet in the Forbidden Forest at the top of a tree or something!

ROFL. Awesome. Andrew would surely be up a tree someplace! Sounds like great fun. Maybe in the Forest of Dean? (Probably more green than the Forbidden forest.) Or--we could perhaps have them misbehaving in one of the parks in London?

Anywhere works! Would that be set during summer instead of waiting for Hogwarts? Darcy can't apparate.

Oh, perhaps a woods in Hogsmeade then? That might give us flexibility now and during the school year.

I'm sure Andrew can't apparated either, but since he hangs around Michael a lot, that would give us woods, Honeydukes, footstool puppies, and all sorts of bizarre-ness.

Sweet! Hogsmeade works well! I probably can't start really posting too much til tomorrow. I can start tomorrow, or you can link me if you start sooner?

Sounds great. Whichever one gets there first works for me. Its a plan!
