@Emmybaby - Are Charlie and Grace like... facets of each other? They're the same person! But yes, Baldric will be friends - like, bestiepoos - with the girls. And he won't flirt. God no. He won't try and sleep with Charlie. GOD NO. He and Vi should be bros. He could be Vi's wingman and vice versa.

Well, I'm trying to get a small crew together for a small voyage to New York from Southampton with Darcy. Either that, or they could have been relatively good friends and are getting together to hang out before she ships off again.

As he's a pureblood and relatively wealthy, Penny's parents won't have ruled him out yet, but that would make her kind of scared of him. Perhaps they were fair-weather friends and now her parents have revealed he could be a potential suitor, so we have a thread where she's blatantly trying to avoid him and he responds?

As long as it's not a Titanic scenario then Baldric's all for it.

YES. I reckon the Woods would be flattered and embarrassed mainly but put him up to it simply to see how he'd fair and whether it'd suit him to be betrothed to her. Naturally, who is she to ignore him, right? XD
