What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting.        GENERAL APPEARANCE: Apart from her eyes, Violet inherited her features from her father. Also, due to her mother, Violet was forced to wear uncomfortable clothes that she disliked. When she could, she always wore jeans and a T-Shirt - her most comfortable choice of clothing.

    Vi was also viewed as a generally tidy person. Her hair was usually tied back in a high ponytail, and she never wore clothes with stains on if going out.

       Early Years:  Snapshot:
    Violet Greenwood giggled as a seven-year-old Max tripped over one of the tree roots at the playground. Large trees dotted the grass surrounding the playground, their branches hanging down. It was obvious that no-one cared for this playground. That was why Violet and her siblings loved it so much. Her parents always thought they went down to the local community playground, where all the snobby kids with their posh mannerisms hung out. But, after a mishap a year ago, the Greenwood children steered well clear of them.


    "It's no good laughing," said an eleven-year-old Alex. "You used to do that too, you know. Everyone did." Yeah, but I wasn't as stupid as Max is. We've been coming to this playground for months. You would have thought he would have learned where the roots are by now. "I know I did," said Violet. That was what she left the conversation at.

    Events:

    Violet was born on July 12 at 11:20 a.m. As a baby, she was quick to develop and had no problems at all. When she was four, she attended a Muggle primary school about a ten-minute drive away from her house. Near the end of her first year there, Vi made a friend. They remained solid friends throughout their childhood together. Also, at the age of eight, her parents told her that she was a witch.

    The next day at school, she told her friend that she was a witch. Her friend was not. From that point onwards, she was cast out as a reject.



       Hogwarts Years:     Snapshot: 
    Violet Greenwood dodged as the usual crowd of students surged past her. She had Transfiguration now, and she wanted to make sure that she wasn't the last one there, like she usually was. Even now, after seven months at Hogwarts, Vi's usual workload of books seemed too heavy for her miniature figure to carry. But, she daresay she was enjoying the classes. If this was a Muggle school, then she would be groaning for every step she took. However, Hogwarts was a magical school, for crying out loud. No-one could be unhappy here, right?

    Events:

    When she found out her dorm, she grew closer to all of them, but to one in particular. Rose. They shared their homework, took the same classes etc.

    In her first year at Hogwarts, they both received praise for their hard work. It was at this point that a rival came into view. Liz. It was at second year that they began to fight each other. Liz even challenged Vi to a duel. So, in her third year, Violet hopes to gain revenge.

Sorry for the wait, Alice!

The application is good but a few things need to be tweaked for me, if that's alright.

1) You need to write a paragraph of physical description; a sentence won't suffice, I'm afraid.
2) Could you match your strengths/weaknesses + likes/dislikes? So there are the same no. for each thing? E.g. 10 likes, 10 dislikes.
3) Add her Veritaserum, even if it's something silly - or say why she doesn't have one.
4) Add any important events to her history. I like the way you did a snapshot into each stage but I'd like it if you elaborated a little bit more.
