GENERAL APPEARANCE: Appearance is a big part for Christopher's life. He inherited most of his features from his mother except for his big ears that he got from his father's side. He has very soft feminine features almost mouse like, but he makes up for his features with his style. When not in his school robes he wears suits.

STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES: His main strengths are music, memorizing, and social etiquette. His main weaknesses are making friends and sports.

LIKES & DISLIKES: He likes to keep things clean and organized, extravagant parties that are all about him, being the center of attention, music, reading, shopping, women, and school. He dislikes uneducated people, messes, sports, failure and he considers being second failure, change, and ugly things.

GOALS: His goal in life is to pass school with flying colors and becoming a professor of charms.

HABITS & QUIRKS: He has a habit of being extremely organized and if things aren't in the right place he freaks out. He is a lady charmer. His parents raised him to treat women right and to always be polite around them.

CHARACTER HISTORY

Early Years:

"Oh Chris you are going to love Hogwarts. It has everything you need to learn to become an outstanding wizard. You are going to be an outstanding wizard, because our whole family turned out to be some of the best wizards and witches" his mom held Chris close to her. He continued to stare at the moving pictures of his mom and her friends from a school that seemed so far and long away from him. He couldn't wait until he turned 11 in which he could attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

"What if I don't get an acceptance letter mum?" he looked at her with deep concern. His dad was muggle after all and there wasn't a guarantee yet that he would become a wizard. His dad lived far away from them since they divorced, but he commutes to see him once a month from the wizarding world to the muggle world.

"You have magic in you. You can't be related to me and not have magic in you. I can feel it" she reassured his worried heart. He simply nodded his head in response and looked down at his shiny black shoes he got yesterday. Although his mom assured him that he is a wizard, for some reason he still felt uneasy.

Hogwarts Years:

Chris sat by himself frequently in the great hall playing wizard chess by himself. He liked to challenge himself never making one side win over the other. He looked up from concentrating and saw that a girl was sitting across from him. She had beautiful deep blue eyes and long brown wavy hair. He recognized her from one of his charm classes.

"Hello I'm Christopher" he held out his hand and smiled awkwardly. Not used to talking to many people in his grade, besides the professors.

"Hello I'm Morgan" she put her hand out and shook his, "mind if I play?" she looked eagerly at the game. Typically Chris would say no that he was playing by himself, but that would have been rude. He nodded his head.

"I'm kind of good so don't feel bad" he said with confidence as he set the chess board back up.

Adulthood:

"Today class we will be working on the summoning charm" he paced back and forth looking at his students and took out a feather quill, "It's nothing difficult, but it does take some practice I want you all to pull out your quill and wand and set the quill in front of you like so" he set the quill on the podium in the middle of the classroom.

"The summoning charm is exactly what it is. If you want to bring an object towards you. The word for the charm is accio quill" he pointed to the quill and it flew towards him and he caught it. He smiled to the class who looked at him with awe, "Now repeat the word with me without your wands 'accio'" The whole class said the word.

"Excellent. Now the charm can be quite tricky if not used properly. You want to say the word 'accio' and the object you are trying to summon. Point your wand directly to that object and so forth" He looked at the class once more, "Now I want you all to practice for 10 minutes while I walk around and help you out" Chris set the timer on his desk.

RP EXPERIENCE: It's been a good two years since I actually role played, but previously I role played for about 5 years and was an admin for 2 sites one of them was an all character site and the other one was a Harry Potter site.

PURPOSE OF CHARACTER: To get back into Role Playing and the Harry Potter world.

RP SAMPLE:

As Christopher waved goodbye to his parents for the second time on the train and watched his mom wipe away her tears. She always does this whenever he leaves for school whether it is the start of term or going back from vacation, it never really made sense to him. He walked down the halls of the train looking for an empty room, but being the last one to arrive he didn't find one. He chose a room with a small boy who looked like a first year by the appearance of his nervous face. Chris smiled politely, but didn't introduce himself to the new student. He began to place his large luggage on the top shelf and took out one of his textbooks to prepare for the start of the year. The train gave a big jolt at the station and began to move on its way to Hogwarts. Chris began to feel that warm feeling he got every time he thought about going to Hogwarts since the day his mother told him about the school. She is an alumni from Hogwarts, but his father is a muggle.

"Any treats from the cart dears?" a plump rosy cheeked lady asked them pushing a cart over flowing with all kinds of goodies from sweet and savory tarts, cakes, and other candies that wouldn't be recognized the muggle world.

"erm... I will have a cauldron cake and water please" Chris took out his money and proceeded to count out two sickles. Chris stared in disgust thinking that her sausage fingers are going to be touching his food. He checked himself out in the window of the other cabin. He looked good.

A couple questions. Are you new to PA? If so, welcome! Can you add a couple little things on your app?

First, please add in the "Behind the Character" section, please add what you'd like to be called as in "Also Known As". For some folks, they use their primary character's first name, but thats' your choice. If you have other characters here on PA, please add who those folks are.

Anyway, yeah...I think Chris is definitely a Ravenclaw. He doesn't have enough traits of a Slytherin for him to be comfortable there. I think he's intellectual enough and independently minded enough to fit in well as a Ravenclaw.

So--that's where I'll put him.

By the way, the use of a crane as a patronus is indeed very interesting. Not a usual choice, and that is refreshing.
