GENERAL APPEARANCE: Wally's brown hair rapidly turned blonde in her time spent in Australia in the past years - before it didn't seem affected, but her mother attributes it to the age. She claimed her own hair lightened once she hit puberty. Wally recently hit a growth spurt that lengthened her entire body. She also began cultivating some womanly curves and, with the new school, became open to trying on makeup and a less practical fashion sense. Wally now looks like your average teenage girl, but you may spot her sporting her once trademark braids.

PERSONALITY: Wally used to make a lot of people uncomfortable because she seems to be the only emotionless child. Obviously, she had emotions, but she'd never let on. Now, she displays more of a range, but she is typically reserved with what she expresses to the outside world. She often has a straight expression and her eyes really seem to look through you.
Waly is very outdoorsy. She is happiest when she is biking or hiking or exploring. She loves to learn, but she is a very hands on learner. The stuff she knows best is things she has learned from experiencing them first hand or researching them through observation. She can defend herself if she were attacked - Taekwondo status- and she can tie over thirty different knots and start a fire by hand, as well as make a small shelter.
Currently, she is learning to ease up and act a little more normal. On the outside, she seems more willing to express emotion and she seems more confident, but the inside remains the same - cold, distant, and unimpressed with everything around her.

CHARACTER HISTORY

Early Years: Wally originates from Australia. She was born and raised there and was an incredibly happy girl. Her family lived out in the wilderness and she was tutored from home. During the days, she would go out and explore, whether it was climbing trees, going on hikes, swimming in small pools, etcetera. She lived to explore and discover. She'd chase kangaroos, she helped rescue a dying wallaby, and she was constantly bringing home animals. Basically, she had a lot of super fun adventures growing up. She was independent and typically ventured out alone. Her siblings wished they lived closer to towns but Wally was happy. She's often go on wilderness retreats for a few days, and soon she learned everything about survival. She also began taking self defense classes for fun.
When her brother Larko got his Hogwarts letter, Phyllis wanted to move the children to Hogwarts, which was her own alma mater, but her father could not leave his job as a magizoologist. So Phyllis took Larko and Elise while Wally remained with her father. It was fine- she had always been secluded from her siblings anyhow. This arrangement worked out well until she was eleven and the family got tired of having such a wide gap between the families. Euan took a job in the British Ministry's Department for Control and Regulation of Magical Creatures and permanently moved the family to London.
It was terrible for Wally, who detested city life. She withdrew from her family and turned to acting out against others (little tricks, lies, etcetera) to relieve her frustration.
School Years: Moving never really settled with Wally and she ostracized herself, never really making friends once she got into Hogwarts. She was put in Ravenclaw and a lot of people assumed she was a harmless bookworm, yet she turned out to be sort of a bully. She was a behind the scenes bully, however, a prankster who did things to see others in pain, lashing out because she had no friends and no one to speak to.
Wally soon proved herself to be a good student, and teachers casually enjoyed her- she was never one they considered a favorite, but she was certainly one of their better students. In her third year, she began teaming up with another student, one Keith Nicholas, assisting in the production of the drug Spice. With her restless mind finally busied, Wally began to relax a bit, made a friend or two (even if it was a stretch to call them that) and finally seemed settled.
All seemed well. Then, towards the end of her third year, the Ministry asked Euan to finish his work in Australia, at double pay. The money was too appealing, even Phyllis agreed. Even with available transportation, Phyllis did not want to be separated from her family. During the Easter holidays, the family packed up and moved away.
Wally never imagined that returning to Australia would be a sad day. The students were enrolled in The New South Wales Academy of Magic, which had become much tighter on rules. Wally itched for her old life- she began producing Spice. Soon, she had built a small fortune, a reputation, and a new image. She had a growth spurt and burst into a very womanly figure - apparently, early blooming ran in the family.
Euan soon found his project in Australia was not going to be a lifelong struggle. He had gone because the billywig population was being diminished, but it did not take long to set up a reserve for the beetles.) Wally was halfway through her fourth year when the family returned to London, where Wally intends to continue her career producing Spice and to surprise everyone with the changes she has made.
