Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Susan didn’t find it necessary to be in trauma but she didn’t want to push to many buttons. She knew she was wearing the thin line between being suborn and reckless thinly. She admitted she hadn’t been thinking straight when she first got her burns. She should have come here right away but of course she had just dropped off the baby she had saved and didn’t get any care for herself.

She sighed as she forced herself to drink the potion she had been given by Healers. She knew she had to fix the nerve damage she had caused. She was glad that she had finally listened to her father and came here. She knew by the strong taste of the potion meant she had almost pushed her luck too far. She wonders why that she has so much luck; she lets herself believe someone else has bigger plans for her. She has to believe in something.

She starred up at the ceiling with memories of her family and her friends she has lost. For the first time since she was sixteen did she allow herself to cry without a care if anyone heard her. She honestly felt that her whole world was changing. She was trying to hold onto herself but she knew that she was hurting people she had cared about such as Ernie. Why did she push him away? She knew deep down they whole relationship issues started from her not being able to let go of the past. She wished she could take back the past months and relieve it and changed it all. She had wasted so much the past few weeks. The only good thing she had done was to save the Daily Prophet.

Ernie rushed to the hospital as soon as he had heard of Susan's conditions; burns form the stupid Diagon Alley. If it was up to him all Death Eaters would be dead in an instance especially the one who started the fire, but he brushed off his thoughts as he needed to be there for Susan. He still loved her, and wished the divorce had never happened. "Susan" he whispered as he saw the face of his ex-wife.

Susan sat up in the bed trying not to use her hands. She wiped her tears from her eyes away. She didn’t want anyone to see her cry. She hated seeming weak. She was already feeling ‘weak’ by drinking a healing potion. She knew it was stupid but having her Aunt Amelia, who could break a bone and not flinch, it just wasn’t easy for her to cry.

“Ernie,” she said surprised to see her ex-husband. She didn’t think he would show up so quickly. She tried not to rub her hands but they were driving her crazy. At least she would have something to do know besides be haunted by memories.
