Hey guys.
Just a bit of a public announcement for you all to read and understand ok?

If anyone on the site is ever giving you problems, be it personally, or impersonally, never be afraid to send an email, PM or facebook message... pretty much anything, to one of your admins. No one on this site should have to "put up" or "deal with" nastiness or bullying, and we, the admins, have no reason to want anything other than to make this a better place for you.

We'll have a chat with you, and the person in question, and we'll sort something out, whether it be a punishment, like a ban, or just a resolution between the two of you. Don't just sit there, because we have a strict, zero tolerance policy in regards to bullying of any form.

Jess, did you mean interpersonally? As in, if people are picking on your friends, don't be afraid to talk to the admins even though you're not personally involved.

Impersonally means not to be taken personally, more like "it's nothing personal, we're just jerks."

I was just sitting here thinking "how can you be picked on impersonally?"

I meant it as in the diference between someone you know personally picking on your features, e.g. you're ugly, you're a shit writer, as opposed to someone who doesn't know you in the slightest just hurling abuse at you, or innapropriately contacting you.

Though, if you see someone being nasty to someone else, even if they aren't your friends, let us know, and we'll ask the targeted person if they're ok about it. Some people see nastiness in different ways I suppose.
